Horrible communication with customers. Looks like we came to AAA at Robinson to take a free service. We are paying to the service and pls be respectful to the customers. Thats why there was nobody from customers. I was just alone there even though they can't communicate nicely. One star and again one star.

Business took payment and failed numerous times to provide service, lied repeatedly about the service level and cost of service, ultimately did not show up and provided no service of any kind, did not respond to request for cancellation of service when they failed to show up, and were then totally unresponsive to complaints and requests for membership refund until they were contacted by BBB. In their attempt to provide service they were profoundly incompetent, repeatedly placing calls at the wrong address (two counties away??), providing false information to me, claiming that a call for service had been entered when it had not, misquoting the price of the service, transferring me to the wrong club, disconnecting the call abruptly. After several hours I was able to get a call placed successfully but when the driver called and told me the service actually cost more than I was quoted and that he was still far away, I accepted assistance from someone else and contacted the business, per their instructions, to cancel the call. Their system does not work as shown in the attachment, just as it did not work for placing the call, and they were not reachable on the phone or any other way. F minus all around. It took them forever to issue a refund (and they insisted on mailing a check), and then they failed to cancel the membership as I asked, so if I hadn't removed my credit card info from the account they'd have screwed that up too and billed me again, and we'd probably still be on the phone. Go out of business.

Horrible service! Had a flat tire on the interstate at 11:00 pm and called for assistance as i had no jack. They first said 1 hour, then 30 minutes, then 1.5 hours. After waiting 2.5 hours they called and canceled the service. I called the tow company and was told his impact wrench quit and he couldn't change the tire. I asked why he couldn't use a lug wrench like people have done since cars were invented. HORRIBLE! I called AAA again and was told to google 24/7 tow services in the area. IF I HAVE TO DO THAT WHY DO I NEED AAA??? I canceled my account the next day.

The manger here does not know his own policy and procedures. His customer service skills are poor at best, he's also not kind to his employees.

Will never go back here, many mistakes made during title transfer, manager did not want to be bothered and had zero customer service ability. They all need retrained on how to do their job and customer service. Go to another location. I was here for almost 3 hours.

There is a woman that answered the phone 16Dec at approx 1:50pm, and whispers in a fragile voice, "heellloooo...... please hold", put me on hold, then did it again. Multiple times over and over...She'd answer the phone and just sit on an open line, as if I called her each time, till I said, "hello?" Then she'd really frail-like do her spiel, putting me on hold each time. One time she asked what I needed, I asked a question about what weight limit that would define a truck as a truck, not an auto, and after yet another hold, she told me the form number used to submit the weight of a vehicle. I asked to be transfered, she said yes, then hung up on me.Please retrain and verify that everyone that has a phone on their desk knows how to use it.

EDIT 10/22/22: Our situation was finally fixed. This location is under new management and they were so sympathetic and were able to fix everything that the previous employee messed up very quickly. Thank you!!Worst experience. We needed a title transfer and the lady helping my husband and I was incredibly rude. She looked miserable and kept rolling her eyes at us, trying to make excuses for why she couldn’t complete it. She eventually asked someone else for help who told her it was simple and walked her through some of it.A month or two later, we still had never received the new title in the mail so we went to a different triple A closer to us. They called Robinson to find out that it was either never fully completed, never submitted, or totally lost. We weren’t surprised one bit and we assume that lady never correctly put through our title transfer, since she huffed and complained through the whole process and made us feel horrible. Now we have to get the original title holders to get a new title from the DMV and then start the transfer process over again. All because that lady couldn’t possibly be bothered to do her job or have an ounce of respect for customers. My husband and I were polite the whole time and had all the necessary documents and information. Everyone else at this location has always been friendly to us. This lady is a rotten egg.

Staff was extremely quick and helpful, gave us advice on how to best handle our specific situation with a car title transfer from out of state. Very friendly and kind, not something you always expect at places like this especially on a weekend.

Everyone was so LOVELY and SO EFFICIENT. I am sorry to see so many bad reviews bc clearly it's not the staff that is the problem, it is the clients coming into the store. Love Bonnie and the team that assists each other. Front desk woman from India is absolutely LOVELY and stylish to boot. Great management too. As a comedian for Carnival cruise line I travel a ton and they are helping me get things done for my new PA license place from CA to keep it simple for me. Big fan

Worst Customer Service! Avoid the Robinson Township location. It's rogue due to an ignorant (and ignorant) employee. Debbie refused to assist with processing an international drivers license application, claiming that she knows more than the AAA corporate policy. She angrily refused to process the application though every component of the application was presented and absolutely valid. She claimed that it would be impossible unless the applicant was in "her store" to sign the license. Totally Incorrect. I advised her she's breaking corporate policy. It's irrational, ignorant, & incorrect, and I asked that we please look up corporate policy together. She hollered at me & refused. The AAA website clearly shows eligibility even for people ALREADY OVERSEAS! By mail! Another option is that a family member can present all materials: the application completed & signed by the applicant, photograph of front & back of applicant's valid USA state-issued driver's license, applicant's 2 passport-sized photos, & payment by the family member. It's meant to be a simple process. So, I asked that we please together call another AAA location nearby who is proficient in the process. She hollered at me & again refused. Debbie claimed that her supervisor wasn't in the office, so that made her own decision final. That's crap. I find it hard to believe that each location of AAA is allowed to make up their own rules for something such as a broadly-accepted international document! Insane & extremely arrogant! It was absolutely obvious that she was annoyed at the time (though I apologized immediately upon my arrival that I arrived later than I'd have liked due to storm-related road closures). It was near but within business hours for what should be a routine service. She simply could not recover from seeing another customer walking in. That plus her provincial ignorance of international driving permits (IDP) created a real mess. Absolutely insane "service" skills. I have been a AAA customer for 30 years. Today, Debbie made the decision for me to cancel our family's premium membership. It's over. Never again. I'll advise everyone I know to avoid Robinson AAA & AAA in general. AAA should just close altogether if they are okay with allowing uniformed, untrained, rude agents to arrogantly create their own delusional rules to reject client services on a whim. The days of paper maps & TripTiks are over. Keep up with the times (and global clients) or close up. Disgusting, Debbie. Shame on you.
