I spend upwards of $200 a week in this store and a certain employee closes the bathroom because of laziness and being vindictive towards the Rideshare community. I will no longer patronizing this business because the owner also stated he is considering no longer having public restrooms so I will spread the word to use sheetz because they treat their customers with respect unlike 7/11.

I was stuck in the airport with my 89 year old mom. This 7-11 saved us! The staff was friendly and the sandwiches were really fresh and tasty. And reasonably priced.

My favorite thing about this location is if you correctly guess the number of flies buzzing around inside the bakery case, you win a free donut. Also, the cashiers love to put a tip cup out despite the store being dirty, out of coffee/cups, and typically abandoned so they can go smoke on the sidewalk outside.

The store looks okay the employees are friendly. But the restrooms are disgusting! It's not a one-day problem....The walls on each Separate Stall Have not been cleaned in a long time they're filthy!!!! I have always found it clean in the past. They are probably short staffed. I told the cashier and she said she knew but she was the only one on the floor. This need management attention!!!!!was the only one on the floor

They never have hot food out at night and will always tell everyone they wont make anything. On several occasions I have tried to get a couple slices of pizza only for them to tell me ill have to buy a whole pizza to get any...Most employees at night are lazy and rude. They never have anything stocked either.Worst 711 ive ever seen or been too. The older reviews were just lucky to have good employees at that time.

Nice, convenient location in the actual airport, before security/TSA. Good way to grab something you might need for the road as you're leaving.

Conveniently places 7-eleven in the airport for everything you could have forgotten or last minute snacks. Check out their socks, they are super fun and great for airplane socks when feet are swollen

Nice 7-Eleven location. Directly in the airport, clean, friendly staff and great prices.2 slices Pizza for $2.50 or a small $1 Slurpee. Cheaper than many downtown locations in US

I arrived on a much delayed flight at 2:00 am, after not having eaten all day. Everything was closed in the airport, and I was despairing, but then stumbled across this store on the baggage claim level. What a great selection of snacks and food available, and I really appreciated the microwave available to heat up some purchases. There even are a couple of tables located to the side for dining. Thanks for being there to kill my hangriness!(Also I was particularly impressed with Lauretta, who was upbeat, positive, and eager to serve. She is an asset to 7-Eleven and Pittsburgh International Airport, and an incredible ambassador for the city and terminal!)

I walked into the store at 630 pm workers were all flopped over the counter. They decided to inform me they were closed by yelling it. When I replied oh wow ok. They mocked me. What a way to greet people to the city, simply rude.
