Made to wait a half hour in order to receive coupon which could have easily been applied at store (and had been at a different location earlier that day) - all of this was communicated with the workers who claimed to have personal stock in the $2 gained in making us go through the hassle and wait. Joke is on the store who intended to close early and was forced to stay late due to their unwillingness to hit a coupon button on their machine.

Honestly I’ve never had a bad experience there. The people are friendly for the most part, people have to understand that this place is super busy and the employees never get a break. I really like this place, I give them 5 stars because they always pay on winning scratch tickets when they can. The new female owner works very hard.

They scam you out of your cigarette coupons saying they didn't work. They still get paid from Marlboro from it. 2 times now and then will not listen to you when you try to explain it to them. They have put all their prices up and treat you way different than they used to. I am a daily customer here and will never come here again and make sure to let everybody know that co gos a half a block away is way cheaper for everything and much.

7- Eleven due to the simple fact that one employee by the name of Dontae goes the extra mile to get your order put together properly! After using the app and I had a question about a specific variety of smokes and he actually found one last pack so he went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted and needed ! So I called the actual store and he took care of it for me much appreciated! I hope the company realizes how lucky they are to have him as an employee! Good help is hard to find but people like him are even harder to find ! Thanks Dontae and I appreciate the delivery drivers they are on point also ! Please tip what you can if you can please !

My son and I walked all the way from the other side of Dormont. Of our an hour walk. Just to get to a closed store. If you're going to change your hours have the decency to updated on Google. Because it was just after 11 and you were supposed to be open 24 hours. For a few months it said closes at 11 p.m. But two weeks ago was updated and said that you were open 24 hours again. Also the person who replied: that is a bad link. No matter what device i use my screen freezes on the 2nd page.

I have placed an order at this 711 3 times, and 3 times it was canceled by the store. I have gone in, and the person behind the counter would not make a hotdog, tacos, or a slice of pizza, because he was LAZY, there simply was no other reason.I am sick and tired of this place, the owners are terrible because a good customer service training would not teach those employees to be lazy and cancel orders. I will NEVER place an order or shop in this 711 again. I will also share my experiences with Brookline.

Ordered 2 orders of boneless wings through DoorDash app for delivery. Wings were completely charred all year way through. I can’t believe an associate would let that leave the store to be sent to a paying customer

Not safe for high risk individuals, more than 75% of clientele was maskless, with no enforcement at all. Had to get out of their fast as I could with my health conditions, plus I don't choose to patronize places that don't have mask requirements. Dirty, inattentive staff, and I get stopped and asked for money almost everytime I have come here in the past by loiterers, which is fine in and of itself, but it doesn't happen as often at other places so it definitely makes it less appealing a choice.The slurpees are bomb though, no shade there! And they have coke and cherry which is my go to flavor mix.
