The morning manager Becky is very rude and unprofessional! Can’t wait til she’s gone. She talks to her staff like they are nothing. I also heard her calling a customer a dope head . She literally chased him out the store calling him names. Disgusting! That’s not how you treat customers..

Been to many 711 Locations in the Eastern U.S. GET RID OF BECKY!! I'm saying this because she is rude, loud, extremely unprofessional. Myself as well as 4 others in my office 1 block away will not go there anymore because of her horrible attitude and not only how she treats customers, but employees.

No really - this place has started to treat every paying customer as if they're a criminal. I understand that this area has a lot of undesired activities going on due to the nature of the location but having ridiculous policies and using hired security to enforce them is NOT THE ANSWER. Apparently, no one is allowed to use their cell phone while shopping. That is the newest mandate imposed by this location. God forbid you answer a call or text before you pour your cup of (overpriced) coffee. You will be approached. I swear it felt like an old western saloon scene where the sheriff saw me "breaking the rules" and had to come down and give me a passive aggressive talking to. Disclaimer - most of the clerk staff - they are very helpful and totally cool. But the general manager/owner is another story all together. If she has not yet been sued for harassment - that would be a shock. I feel bad for the staff who has to enforce her whimsical policies. She is obviously at her wit's end if there ever was a beginning. Hitler and Goebbles would have been proud of her determination and use of propaganda though. If you decide this place has everything you are looking for in a convenience store - have your papers ready!

Although online says 24/7. It was closed when I went there. It was my 3rd 7-eleven that I went to in downtown Pittsburgh that was closed. Being on vacation from out of town and not knowing the area, I ended up driving at least 10 miles through a residential area to go to a Speedway. I'm guessing Pittsburgh is a rough neighborhood, maybe why they close early but why not update your hours online.

Place is a shit hole . Cashier is rood and looks like she just woke up . Coffee is horrible , apple fritters have flies flying around inside the cabinet. And the security guard looks at you like you have 3 heads and I'm going to take something. Do not recommend.

This store is set up to provide for its community and unfortunately the community is baboons and frothing coons. There is nothing wrong with the store and if anyone has a complaint about how blunt the clerks are here, you just don't understand the state of downtown pittsburgh in 2023. Do better

They have been closer every night this week. Iv been here between 9,10, 11, 1130. Tonight a security guard was holding the door closed (while a woman was making a purchase at the counter) I asked if I could come in( 6 other ppl were along side me also trying to enter) the guard said no no we closed! Guess it's not my week to get a sushi ?. It looks like this store is under staffed. Never more than 1 person here.

Store is rarely open on time. The store is not open 24 hours, you change that and whoever the manager is in that store is doing a poor job! I used to work at 7-11 and Sunoco. Never opened late unless it was something beyond our control!
