Today 07/13/2023 @ 0135 pmWent there and they r closed!Hate to leave negative reviewsBut postal and many gov office dont have the decency and courtesy to update their hours! Even if they r on their lunch break update google hours so won't have to drive to closed office, sad n pathetic!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, greeting me with a smile and making me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door.The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, with ample seating and plenty of space to move around. I appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into making the space comfortable and inviting for customers.But what really stood out to me was the level of customer service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to answer my questions and address my concerns, taking the time to ensure that I had everything I needed before I left.Overall, I can't say enough good things about the Monroville Post Office. If you're in the area and need to mail a package or buy stamps, I highly recommend stopping by. You won't be disappointed!

Pitcairn post office is a convenient little place smaller than most post offices but the gentleman who works there is extremely polite and always makes my visit great. I just wish this location had more P. O. Boxes especially larger ones because this area of Pittsburgh has a high theft count especially when it comes to mail and packages.
