“Easy to get via I-376; plenty of parking; service prompt, informative, and friendly. My package arrived on time and promptly. I'll definitely use this service again.”

530 Allegheny River Blvd, Oakmont“Everyone here is awesome and so friendly. I was in town and had to make a pit stop here to drop mail off on tuesday.
Shouts out to the staff for your help!”
“USPS employee, Alex, was super helpful and efficient with getting my passport paperwork and photo submitted. Easy to make an appointment and knowledgeable staff!”
“I don’t know who writes a review for a post office but apparently I am now that person. I just felt like I had to come here to say that the folks who work in this post office are the sweetest and most patient people. Every time I go they are always just so genuinely nice and go out of their way to be helpful.”
“The people here are super nice and do the best they can. The problem is that the whole postal system is so goofed up that sometimes there's nothing the people here can do.”
“I always come to this post office instead of several closer ones. The parking lot is accessible and the workers here go out of their way to help you. They are so efficient! Hard to leave without a smile.”
“Typically have to go to send out some orders, typically quick and the woman at the front is always friendly and funny, sometimes we have a quick chat. Some street parking available and a handicap space nearby.”

I needed to mail my son a new cell phone and I admit my handwriting is absolutely abysmal, but the employee was nothing but amazing and helped me profusely!I really appreciate the time she took and the help she gave me. Thank you!”

620 Allegheny River Blvd, Verona“This is a full service Post Office located in Verona PA. They also process passport applications or renewals (check rates online). They can snap passport photos (extra $15) on the spot.Note that on Saturdays, they do not take walk-ins for passports, and appointments are needed (make appointments via the USPS passport application site). Even on other days, it is always better to have an appointment to be sure. The separate passport fee (check rates online) payable to the Department of State has to be via a personal check, or money order (not via credit or debit cards). If you forgot your checkbook, the post office can sell you a money order. There is no actual parking I can see at the post office itself. There is a small carpark right next to it, but that is reserved only for Enterprise customers so do not park there. However, there are ample street parking on the streets around the post office. That includes parts of Allegheny Ave and South Ave (where there are 2 hours free parking signs - see photos). The post office staff are pleasant and professional, and all transactions were done quickly and competently.”
“In search of a post office near me or on the way to work that was open before I had to start work. I lucked out finding this post office that opens at 8am Monday thru Friday (and 9 on Sat) and is very convenient for me. It was exactly a month before Christmas and I had all my presents wrapped and packaged way early because I had perishables. I had every single package with me meaning multiple trips to the car. Ed was very helpful, fast, and efficient getting me in and out in a flash with as little fuss and hassle as possible. He was polite and cordial and experienced in his position. I am most appreciative!”
“Our mail carrier, Eric, is the best mail carrier I've ever had, and I have lived in many places across this country, I always get good service in the post office as well. Sometimes there is a line, but no different than any other post office I've used. We get much better service from our local post office that we get from FedEx. Thank you for the hard work!”
“This post office is really close to where I work so it's really convenient for me to stop at this post office rather than the one in Monroeville. Never used the counter service but the staff seems friendly while dealing with other customers. I always use the drop off box, and it's never jammed unlike the one in Monroeville that is constantly jammed and full. Maybe it's me but it does seem like my packages get shipped slower here compared to Monroeville's post office. Seems to take a full 24 hours to see my package move (with tracking updates). The one in Monroeville moves at the end of the day.”

2630 Monroeville Blvd, Monroeville“I use this Post Office location often. All USPS representatives are always very helpful, regardless of questions or service I need. One suggestion, have an automated kiosk where customers can purchase stamps, envelope etc. during the after ours, that would make this location Perfect ?? outside of that I have no complaints.”
“AMENDED REVIEW:
I have since learned that this branch is considered a 'hub' of sorts for Amazon and UPS. Sunday deliveries are not actually from the Post Office or their regular carriers. Any attempts at rectification of the lies of the other drivers by Postal employees is ignored by the other companies. I hope the letters to my local Rep and the AG will shed light on this problem and the additional burden it places on our local Post Office employees.
........
A formal complaint will be filed when they open. Sunday April 28, 2024. Early afternoon.
Our mailbox is on the street about 50 yards from our house. My husband was standing in the driveway holding our grandson, I was on the front porch, and we all watched the carrier pull up, hang out, get out, get back in, hang out, then leave with someone in an suv parked/following behind him.
Two hours later, I get a notification that my package could not be delivered because there was 'No Access To The Address'. ?
This is more than the 5th time that some lie has been told , by a carrier, about why my mail can't be delivered. It is never my regular carrier, always a substitute or Sundays.
Just, WHY?
Edit to add: After reading other reviews, I am going to file a formal complaint with the State AG too. Lying about delivery is apparently a problem within this office. In any other profession, lying is fraud. ??♀️”
“Sure, here's a sample review:I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Monroville Post Office and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, greeting me with a smile and making me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, with ample seating and plenty of space to move around. I appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into making the space comfortable and inviting for customers. But what really stood out to me was the level of customer service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to answer my questions and address my concerns, taking the time to ensure that I had everything I needed before I left.Overall, I can't say enough good things about the Monroville Post Office. If you're in the area and need to mail a package or buy stamps, I highly recommend stopping by. You won't be disappointed!”
