I stopped in looking for a brush cutter. Mike was extremely helpful showing me my options. I ended up getting the Echo Multi tool system which is battery powered and has multiple attachments available. Best thing I ever did! The string trimmer with the speed feed head makes changing the trimmer line a breeze. The balance on the unit is perfect, it's quiet which means no ear protection needed. Going back to get the chain saw attachment. I highly recommend Pipersville Garden Center, they are professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

There was an OE parts search nationally for an OE small engine carburetor. Pipersville Garden showed the part available and was ordered. The order was received and was instantly indentified as a Chinese aftermarket part and the inbound freight costs were 2 times more than it should be. After several contacts with the Pipersville parts person, this business stood by its representation of a correct part as posted. There was no comment from the company the same identical part could be purchased thought Amazon for $20 delivered yet Pipersville Lawn and Garden is charging $169.62. The parts person said he would charge anyone the same price.
There was an attempt to contact the co-owner/manager of this business to discuss the issue. With no responses in a reasonable amount of time, there is the conclusion that this is the foundation of this business. This is a situation of deceit and lack of conscience that a business will seek any opportunity to take advantage of their customers.
The owner contacted me after multiple requests. The summary of the discussion was that he went into a state of denial and a series of unbelievable excuses. It's obvious that this business is doomed from the top down with ownership and employees alike are buffoons. Anyone thinking there are experienced professionals here are very mistaken. Pipersville might be a good place to start a credible lawn and garden business.

I was searching for a part for my snowblower. I had never dealt with Pipersville before and they completely exceeded my expectations. They are knowledgeable about their products, have great communication and went out of their way to assist me. I won't hesitate to call on them again. Thank you!

Not your big box store. Staff actually knows stuff and is willing to help you out. Just don't expect $900 garden tractors. Not a lot of experience with service, but they appear competent too. I'm a regular customer.

Very prompt service! Very helpful and friendly staff. Had our commercial mower serviced and all was great.... Only wish the mower had been rinsed off or wiped down to look newish again. .....not a complaint but a way to make a customer feel valued even more.

Wonderful place... not my local dealer but they had what I wanted. Mike from sales was very patient with me as I was buying my first tractor and had a ton of questions. At delievery Brent was extremely friendly and took time to show me every inch of the machine. When I needed a quick mechanical fix, they had sent Brent out within 2 hours and he got it squared away for me. Prices were very fair compared to other dealers and the people were way more friendly. I will definitely be using them again even though there are 3 other dealers closer.
