This vet place is horrible and I mean horrible. The staff at the desk are extremely disrespectful and talk down to you. They are refusing to give me a prescription for my two dogs for their flea and tick and heartworm. They also treated me as if I was stupid about the breeds of my dogs as well. But I have worked with dog and other animals longer then longer then they have. As well as bottle fed and raised animals that these vets will never handle. I was a vet tech for years but became crippled due to an accident. So I know my stuff. Stay clear of them

Great vet! Unfortunately, I need to find a new vet because they are only open until 6 PM during the week.

We have had our two rescue dogs cared for by Dr Quartuccio for about 8 years. He is exceptionally compassionate as well as being very well up to date in veteranary science and medications. He will search current reseach findings on particular problems to arrive at a thorough diagnosis and always considers the psychological effects it may have on the animal. He's smart, compassionate and he takes time to listen. You can't ask for more

My mom and my sister have been taking their pets here since 2011. Today they took one of the cats for a scheduled procedure for an 8:30 am appointment. Following the procedure to wait in the car, they tried to call the office number which was continuously busy. The doctor finally went out to their car. He said they were behind because of COVID and being overwhelmed. But my mom and sister saw several other pets and their owners go in and out. When my sister asked about that, the doctor said they had scheduled appointments. My sister and mom reminded the doctor that so did they. For 8:30. And it was now 9:30. Then the doctor told them to take their cat and go somewhere else. He handed them the file from the office and that was that. What kind of practice does that? Has anyone else who has used this practice experienced anything like this here? I am completely perplexed.

Dr Jim, the owner and director, is extraordinary. He provides very competent, knowledgeable care combined with a genuine concern for one's pet, and true sensitivity to the fur baby's parents. We have been going here for years. His attention to detail and comprehensive approach is excellent. He helped us through the painful process of renal failure with our one dog; his willingness to help in any way, and his amazing skills of making one feel better, even in the most dire of circumstances, was very much appreciated. My dog, afraid of vets in general, actually liked him and was able to settle down with him (was terrified of one of the other female vets). We now take our 2 puppies, and another adult dog, and still remain completely satisfied, and know our dogs are getting the best in veterinary care. They LOVE him too!! (they think going to the vet, even with shots and tests, is a fun thing!) I highly recommend this practice to you.
