It was easy to make an appointment by phone. It's an easy trip from Bucks County. The clarinet repair was completed before its promised date. All work was carefully explained. The repair/ maintenance was great, and my clarinet is working very well.

Steve is the best woodwind repair person. You can not find anybody that will do a better job at a more reasonable cost. My bass clarinet had a key that would not function properly. Steve fixed it in 10 minutes at a cost NO STORE CAN MATCH!!!!!
