Ordered my wife a wren house from Kinsman for Christmas. Was awesome when it showed up with a sticker that said “Wren House” on the outside of the box to let my wife know what she got. Thanks for saving me the step of wrapping her gift! If I could give zero stars I would.

I gave customer service the measurements of an item and told the description of the wall hanger and after receiving the wrong liner that kinsman said would fit, it didn’t. So Kinsman sent a call tag for me to return the item and then deducted all the shipping to me and back to them. When they told me the wrong item for me to order. Very upset with customer service. Poor customer service

I ordered some delphinium supports and they are very nice quality. One of the leg supports was missing. They FedExed the missing leg within days of my call. Very happy with the sturdy supports and their customer service!

Ordered the 12 inch conical basket (2) with filler and 2 of the collapsible water buckets. Both arrived quickly.. The conical baskets are a good size and the 14" would have been too big. The material is quality and the craftsmanship will look wonderful with flowers hanging in my yard. Wish I had known about these water buckets earlier as they are a marvel especially for seniors challenged with carrying around heavy stuff. The plastic is sturdy and they are so nice I'll hate to get them dirty working with garden stuff. Aside from water, you could carry your small garden tools from place to place in one. I'll definitely shop with this company again. Ps. They have good customer service as well.

Ordered 2 London baskets online. They arrived quickly. The liners are nice and thick and the hangers are solid rods not chains that would collapse on the plants when I take them down to water. Excellent product and shopping experience. Thank you!

Just want to say that I was happy to see Kinsman carrying Flexi Tie , the first time I've seen it in the US. I bring it home from England every year when we visit gardens and try to locate it at garden centers. There is nothing to compare !!! Fabulous tie which can be used and re-used.
