My car was dropped off Tuesday Nov 7th, I was told he would know what was wrong with it by Friday Nov 10th and it would be fixed by the following Tuesday Nov 14th. No one reached out to me Tuesday the 14th so I called in Wednesday Nov 15th, I was told the part wouldnt be in until Friday Nov 17th but it would be fixed again the following Tuesday Nov 21st. So here it Tuesday Nov 21th at 2:30pm and I had to call twice to get anyone to answer and was told AGAIN the part wasnt in and this week being Thanksgiving week it would be until the following week until they would even have the part or even have it close to being fixed. When I addressed this issues I was told by Ray I was NOT being understanding?! I am now not understanding how NO ONE called me to let me know what was going on, I had to call in MULITPULE times to get the run around. Do not get your car needs serviced here, save yourself the money and headache and go somewhere where they will communicate with you and not pull the wool over your eyes.

Van had a very loud squeak and we were on our way to mount gretna to an arts and crafts show. They figured out the problem and they fixed it up for a hundred dollar bill. Very nice people, highly recommend it.

Without an appointment they were able to get us in and tell us what was wrong with our car. Even though wee choose to replace the party ourselves, they were more than happy to suggest a party, and didn't charge us for that specific visit. Amazing prices on both the tires and installation prices. They have a friendly dog. It may growl or bark, but won't bite and lives to be petted, (with permission of the owners of course). I would recommend Stump's to anyone.
