I had never signed up for residential waste removal services before setting up my account with Potts & Monger. They were patient and gave helpful answers to my various questions. Customer service has always been pleasant and the cost of their services compared to value are fair for our area. The only recommendation I would give is that the instructions for paying invoices online with PayPal could be a little more clear. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer, thanks for all you and your road crews do for the county.

It's always something, they use to not pick up recycling now thy didn't pick up my trash and Noone ever answers their phone at company, now I'm sitting with trash bags outside of my house for everyone too see and can't tell anyone. I plan on changing companiesService: Trash removal & disposal

They must be giving themselves reviews. The staff is polite when they actually pick up their phone. If you call about an issue they won't get back to you though. And if you do get a live person to bring an issue to they'll get real trashy real fast.

Week 1 using their provided trash bin and they did not pick up the trash. When calling them I get the message that they are on line with another customer, please leave a message. I have left messages and our phone # and have not received a call back. Very disappointing for starting their service.Service: Trash removal & disposal
