PGAC cared for HUK as if he was their own dog/family member. They recommended several options for the issue HUK was having and provided a quote with recommendations before any decision had to be made on my part. The facility is above standard and the staff is welcoming. I value the service they provide to the Pine Grove community.

I travel for work and I take my dogs with me. My 2 year old labradoodle was having some pretty serious tummy issues in which she was passing blood through her bowels. We seen this clinic after getting off the interstate to clean and check on my dog after having another accident. I felt a little relief thinking I could get her some help but when I went inside I was refused by the receptionist. I asked to just speak to the vetinarian and was refused because they were with their patients. I then asked if she could possibly be seen as a walk in since she was having some pretty harsh symptoms and again I was refused because she was not established. I understand she is not established but she is otherwise healthy with all her shots up to date and I carry her shot record with me. This was an emergent matter to me. I can't believe that a vet clinic would refuse care to an animal in need. I would never take my animal to this clinic if I lived in the area. To think a clinic would refuse to see an animal is disgusting to me. I guess they don't care if your pet lives or dies!

I have been going to Pine Grove since they opened and I went to their other clinic in Palmyra before that. All of the doctors and staff are absolutely wonderful! Nothing but good things to say about them. I recommend people to them all the time! ♥️

Do not go here your pet is just another number to them to make money. They are costly and not educated on all care and diagnosis on animals. You will pay for multiple visits for the same condition your animal has with no diagnosis. The veterinarian called me while my dog was being examined and was on google trying to find what exactly his condition was. I regret bringing my dog here for care. Unfortunately after spending thousands over the course of three years I have finally drawn the line in the sand. Also do not take the pet care insurance they offer. They lack to tell you that to cancel you have to do it on your own and call the UK which is $30 a minute to do. I know this information from experience with purchasing this through them.

The staff are all so nice and pleasant. Office is very clean. Love the flooring for our pets. I liked the estimate prior to my visit it is a breakdown of all costs. Will be coming back for annual visits. Price is on par with area vets.

Picts are before, after and all healed. My fur baby had a tumor on his eyelid that was steadily growing. Called here and was so suprised they accepted new patients..yaaay. As i had been trying to find my baby a vet. All the staff including the ladies at the front desk were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with my baby. Dr. Migliore was though with the exam and gave the option of letting it be and see how it does or surgical removal. We choose surgical removal and glad we did. As soon as my baby came out of anesthesia (I was worried as my baby never was sedated and is 9yrs old) He called and let me know marley was doing just fine. He warned me mars eye would look diff going forward but wouldn't impede his vision though. What an amazing job he did on my baby boys eye!!!! Even the stitching was beautifully done.Mar is feeling like his old self already ?. Thank you To the lovely ladies that work the dest, vet techs and Dr. Migliore and his surgical team and everyone else at that works there. You ALL make a diffrence and thank you for all you do!!!

If you want an actual Veterinarian you must say so, other wise you will be given a student, and they won't tell you. I Had to tell them how to look my cat over and then demonstrate some of the cats physical systoms and then all of a sudden they pulled out a flash light and took one look in the cat eyes a finely realized she was unwell. They literally just stand there and say "so what do you want me to do?" After I sent 5 minutes telling them why I brought the animal in. Second time after paying $90 I self diagnosed a different pet and treated them at home only to find out I was right about the animal having worms. The person that came in the room literally just massaged its stomach and said "she just filling out." I think the statement "what do you want me to do", is for legal purposes and then you have to than ask them to do whatever else you you think is necessary At least until till the actual veterinarian shows up. So be ready to play amateur veterinarian yourself.

Got us in quickly as a new patient. My 9 yr old French bulldog had a tumor that in one visit was removed and sent for biopsy. Very fair in cost of appointment and medications. Everyone was very professional and sweet to my Iris. Highly recommend!!
