If there’s a 0 rating, i would have definitely given this truck stop a 0. Pumps are out. Only 2 showers plus, there’s a sign saying if you stay in the shower for more than 30 minutes, you’ll be charged 20$. Washroom is filthy. Staff is lazy. Potholes in the parking. I’ll never stop here again. It’s traumatizing.

What is up with this pilot??? They have a small lot off to side for DOT,we stayed overnite with our camper 8/6/24 ,the cashier gave permission,no fee.
now on 8/19/24 the male cashier said $15 to park overnite.What is wronge with them ? I am staying in a parking lot...no utilities...just a spot of tar.Shame on you Pilot.we went on down the road,never to fuel at Pilot again and will tell all my camper friends not to go to Pilot. CHEAP. Golddiggers!! I wish to remove the one star.

Finally reopened. It is 24hours. Right off the highway. Parking for rigs. The store has snacks, drinks and smokes. Gambling machines, showers and laundry service. Happy that it re opened

Still says Pilot on the outside but it's not operated bu them. Food at "restaurant" was served cold. Cold chicken tenders, Cold mac n cheese, Cold green beans. I mean Cold not even remotely warm.
