“This bank is always very friendly. I use it for work and the tellers always greet us right away and work promptly and efficiently. I like the fact that it is open later to fit my business needs. I have never had a bad experience here”
“I have banked here since the early 1990s when it was still Miners Bank. Every time I go here, I see a new face amongst the tellers, and they look like they are right out of high school. Maybe hire tellers who are a bit older and might appreciate the job and stick around for longer than a month. Also, I am not sure why Lee Ann was promoted from teller to assistant branch manager because everytime I dealt with her as a teller, she ranged anywhere from indifferent to slightly rude towards me.”

“Great customer service opened up 4 accounts buisness and personal and my van fits through the drive through which is nice. Plus make atm cards on site. Yes they have fees like all banks but it's nice to have people greet you with smiles and a nice attitude. These people posting bad reviews on being rude must of started rude with them because I didn't have anything but good conversations with the employees at this bank.”

“The employees at this branch are always friendly and helpful. I enjoy banking here! If I could ask for one thing to change, it would be that someone would always answer the phone during business hours. I understand not always being able to grab the phone, but this happens to me often. I’d be fine with having them answer “Please hold”, at least I know someone is there and will help me when they get free. Otherwise, no complaints!”
