I knew I wanted to live here the second I walked in! Sara and the rest of the staff in the leasing office are terrific! They’ve been so helpful answering all of my questions and helping me find my new home. I’m moving from upstate NY so it’s a little stressful, but Sara has been wonderful! Can’t wait to move in!

No security cameras anywhere. Car got hit in the parking lot and we were unable to find the culprit due to lack of cameras. A threat to the safety of residents. Extremely disappointed that safety is not the number 1 priority for the management.

Lived there for quite sometime.(Moved Out) Perfect is an understatement. The staff here (KEVIN, STACIE, OLIVIA) just make it ten times better!!! I recommend here 100% if you are looking for an apartment!

I have been living at Westside Apartments for almost 3 years and I feel incredibly safe living there and really love my apartment. Its beautiful! And all of the residents are so nice in my building. The clubhouse is also beautiful with so many amenities provided for whatever your needs may be as well as just having a little fun on the pool table. The staff is always super friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to set up fun resident events. Our Maintenance man, Kevin is wonderful. He is on-site everyday so if you need help its handled quickly. Kevin is also somewhat of a Dog Whisperer and is loved by all the resident's dogs. The location of the apartment complex itself is perfect because its close to everything including downtown Phoenixville and the trails, but not too close. And having Rebel Hill Brewery and other retail/food places within the connected shopping center add to the convenience when you just want to walk somewhere. I will not be moving any time soon. Thanks to everyone at Westside for a wonderful living experience!
