I don't often ordee fast food and so was clueless on how to order take advantage of the offers available through the app. The cashier at the counter was so patient and helpful in helping me figure things out. She continued to wait on other customers as they came in while checking back with me to see how I was doing. She made this experience a positive one.

I genuinely had the worst experience here. No one is at the register, I guess they just expect you to use the new tablet they installed (one singular screen). When we asked the lady to come over, she had the biggest attitude you've seen. I don't think she spoke a word while we gave our order. It was a pretty simple order, and i specified the sauce, but she forgot to put it as well as forgetting to put the sour cream and butter for the SOUR CREAM AND BUTTER POTATO in the bag. We had to ask her and she grumpily walked over and dumped it in the bag. Never coming back here, I don't recommend it. I know retail sucks but it's so obvious you hate your job.

The restaurant should see more of its employees' uniforms since the workers wear their pants without belts and show all their disgusting boxers... Out of respect and in food, that is unpleasant.....

There's potential for improvement in management, and it would be great to see more friendly interactions with the staff. Additionally, ensuring the freshness of the food would enhance the overall experience.

I actually ate in the parking lot in my car and the only thing I was disappointed about was there was not one garbage cans through the whole parking lot at all so I drove up to the pick up window and handed them my garbage bag and they told me there was cans in the outdoor patio which I didn’t see but I’m sure they were there. Otherwise, the food is actually really good. I eat as a carnivore, so eat no bread or nothing and the meat was really fresh most of the time I think they just microwave meat or heat it up but I guess it was more at a lunchtime, so it was more fresh really enjoyed it

Bunch of clowns work here. It was not busy whatsoever and I get a #7 with no mayo. The people were screwing around and just scraped mayo off bun. When I get the burger I could tell the mayo was scraped off and wouldn’t allow them to make a new one cause they couldn’t even get it right the first

Let me start by saying that I don't generally go to Wendy's, and after this experience Ithat trend will probably continue. At the very least I won't be coming back here. The person at the register was extremely rude and unhelpful.Came in with no one at the register. I was addressed and told someone will be with me "in a minute" but was waiting around for around 5+ minutes and only seeing one person working in the back. When someone did finally come to take my order, he spoke quietly and muffled so I couldn't understand most of what he said. When he did speak so I could hear him he cut me off when I was talking, multiple times. These "questions" were one or two word statements, again muffled and quite so I had to spend a fair bit of time attempting to parse them. I tried to order a Jr Cheeseburger "combo" but then I was told they "don't have that there". Eventually he shouted that they have a "4 for 4", and I told him that I don't know what that is. Wouldn't you know it, it is basically a "combo" and probably why the user interface on the web has a "make it a combo" button.Bad experience.
