Champion price gouging. They quoted $540 for parts and $710 labor to replace a fuse box on a GMC truck. That is abusive. I bought the part from an honest GMC dealer for $148. It took me 15 minutes to install it. Good luck to you if you trust them to work on your vehicle.

Ian was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to ensure the buying process went smoothly. I purchased a trade in vehicle from them so he was uncertain of all its features but he did research for me and helped me set up some of the vehicles features. Would buy from them again!

We purchased a trail blazer off of Phil Bransford yesterday. We LOVE it! Phil was so welcoming and we never felt pressured. He gave us a price we could not refuse! Bum rushed by sales people like other dealerships these guys were ready and willing to help. The receptionist was very nice. Was able to answer. Any question I may have had for her by phone and in person my sales person Phil, Phil Phil Phil Phil!!! was so amazing. He really made the car buying experience, easy and smooth for me. By answering all questions I may have had working with me understanding my budget and respecting it, he was very on top of communication throughout the few days that I was waiting to purchase my vehicle. And even called to check up and see how the vehicle is running afterwards(which little to no dealers do) I can honestly say his patience was amazing through all of my 99 questions had to ask. The day I purchased my car, I came with my five children Phil has made the car buying process so quick, easy and smooth. I honestly couldn’t believe it. I brought plenty cars before, but this experience at Videon was truly amazing. I am so pleased with my vehicle and confident that I have a very good runner for an amazing price, these guys really made it possible for me children to have the vehicle suitable for our needs Thank you Phil Thank you Videon Chevrolet!!!

Replaced Corvette tire under tire and wheel warrantee. Everything went well, although the tire came in a day late from the warehouse, necessitating our car remain at the dealership from Thursday afternoon through Monday afternoon. Wheel repair still needs to be done by a specialty wheel refinisher, but I got no firm idea of if/when this work will be completed.
The dealer called the day after the car was returned to us asking us if we wanted to do an oil change and tire rotation. Seems like it would have been more efficient to make that offer to us while our car was sitting in your shop for four days. Not after our car had already been returned to us. We don't have time to schedule another trip to the dealer at this time.
