Jordan is exceptional. We were the first customers in the store and he zeroed in on what we needed and helped us buy a new phone for my husband. While he was taking care of us several other customers came in and he greeted everyone individually ,professionally and immediately determined their needs.

I walked in and was told I would have to wait at least a half hour to be seen. There’s only one guy running the whole store. Get your store more people!

I just upgraded my iPhone at the Phoenixville Pa store. A great experience. Jordan, who helped me was awesome. Knowledgeable, friendly & efficient. Everything was smooth and my new phone works perfectly and all of my data was transferred flawlessly.

Jordan at the Phoenixville Verizon Wireless store provided exceptional service. He took his time with me in upgrading my phone and watch that I bought from Samsung directly. Then made sure everything transferred and was working properly while he assisted other customers.

Jocelyn answered all my questions around some of Verizon’s weird billing charges and helped me pick out a new phone that was really needed. I also got $415 trade-in credit for my old phone which was a pleasant surprise. Thanks for all your help!

Went in to upgrade my phone, Brandon made the process simple and easy. He was on his way out (his shift ended) and he ended up staying late to help me out. Love my new S23 Ultra so far! Couldn't recommend this place enough. Both Brandon and Jordan were friendly and attentive. 10/10 would recommend this location. Will be coming back for sure!

Brandon was super helpful during my visit! Not only did he help with everything we were doing, but he was very friendly and down to earth. He even stayed late to make sure we had a flawless phone transition after upgrading. The other rep there was Jordan. He wasn't the one working with us, but he took time to talk to us and was also very friendly! Highly reccomend working with either of those two reps!
