As the big day approached, Nikki, our incredible maître d’, was our calm in the chaos. She ensured everything ran flawlessly and allowed us to be fully present and truly enjoy every moment without stress. Her assistant Ashley and our bridal attendant Sydney were beyond attentive, constantly checking in and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. On top of all of that, our guests are still raving about the food — from cocktail hour to dinner, everything was absolutely amazing and exceeded expectations. The level of love, care, and professionalism shown by the entire team is something we will never forget. We truly couldn’t recommend this venue more — it made our wedding day absolutely perfect.”

“Loch Aerie Mansion gave us the wedding of our dreams. The venue itself is beautiful. The ballroom is large and very warm. Grooms and Bridal suites are second to none. Dana was extremely easy to communicate with and she helped with any questions or concerns we had. AJ is simply the man. He somehow manages to handle everything seamlessly and couldn’t have been more important on our big day. Simply can’t say enough about this venue and especially the team and staff they have. Harry and Meissee and their staff go above and beyond to make your event exactly what you need! Oh and did I mention that our event was last minute and not only could they make moves to get our date but they allowed us in the day prior to set up which was such a huge relief! “Terrain Gardens is a stunning venue that perfectly catered to our every need. It felt just right for our wedding with around 90 guests with both beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces that were easily customizable to align with our needs. We played lawn games during the cocktail hour and reception, and we were able to tailor our reception floor plan to create an atmosphere that truly reflected us. We opted to add many florals through Design by Terrain, but even with fewer decorations, it would still feel complete.

The food was standout and was a highlight for us and our guests. The steamed broccoli hors d'oeuvre may sound simple, but it became a crowd favorite. The gazpacho shooters also were a hit. Our grazing table was not only plentiful and delicious but also looked gorgeous! The entree options were delicious as well and received many compliments. Everyone loved the flower pot bread! We found at our tasting there was a lot of variety from more traditional options to more experimental options so most couples can find something that will fit them. The venue took our guests' dietary needs seriously, accommodating our best man's severe allergies with ease. The signature drink, late-night pizza, and cookie favors were also a huge hit!

The staff at Terrain Gardens was exceptional. We worked closely with our venue coordinator, Olivia, for six months leading up to the wedding. She addressed every question and eased all our concerns. On the big day, the staff was polite, attentive, and hardworking. Our attendant, Stephanie, made sure we were never without food or drink and guided us seamlessly throughout the day. The bar staff was quick and efficient, and our signature cocktail received rave reviews.

What truly sets Terrain apart is their commitment to ensuring that both the bride and groom enjoy their special day just as much as their guests. After the ceremony, we were escorted to the bridal suite, where we were greeted with a delightful display of our hors d'oeuvres and a mini version of our grazing table. This moment allowed us to unwind and savor a few precious minutes together before rejoining our guests—one of my favorite memories from the day. At the end of the night, the staff thoughtfully packaged our personal items and provided to-go boxes filled with an extra serving of each of our entrees.”

“This is an art studio for all ages with many different activities and Events. The staff here are friendly, welcoming and willing to help. I definitely would recommend coming here if you like art. The bottom floor is a gift shop where each section is a different artist products or art and the middle floor has the ceramics painting room, clay wheels and a bunch of different projects people have done or that there working on. They also do yoga.”

“I have photographed many lovely weddings at the Duportail House in Chesterbrook, PA. This property is gorgeous for a wedding! Perfect backdrops for photography include an old barn, a porch with ornate fencing, a bridge with a creek, old trees, and manicured gardens. You step back in time in this 1740 farmhouse. The bride and groom had their cocktail hour before the ceremony, and then the ceremony behind the old barn. The light swept across the barn perfectly and was stunning on the bride's face during their vows. This charming venue is run efficiently and is a historical treasure. Perfect for an intimate wedding!”

“The Washington is my all time FAVORITE venue!! I am the owner and lead coordinator of my business, Beyond Blissful Events. I've been to many venues over the years, and of them all, The Washington is truly the best. The property is gorgeous and lush with gardens- no matter where you step it is photo worthy! All four options for the ceremony space are all stunning. Even on a rainy day it's still so beautiful there and some of cocktail hour can be outside because. of the covered patio! On top of all the beauty, Caitlyn, the venue manager is a dream to work with! She is so attentive to all of her couples and works so well with outside planners and other vendors. She goes above and beyond to ensure that the day exceeds the couple's vision, and it's very apparent that she truly loves what she does! All of my couples have been overjoyed with their wedding day experience at The Washington. I can’t wait to be back there again soon!”

“I rented the Saturday Club as our wedding venue. Dennice handled the process of our rental perfectly, and when she was unable to give us a tour prior to renting, Lindsey was able to show us around. The building is great, and old as well. We hosted about 60 people at our wedding on a Sunday and it went great! Ruben, the event manager was awesome and even helped me with some quick panic breathing exercises right before the wedding ceremony. Also, for a nice building with a large kitchen for catering, the price was unbeatably low. Very well worth the money!”

“This Hilton property is phenomenal! Immediately upon entry, we were welcomed, and greeted. Was very thankful for my Hilton Status, and of course offered warm fresh cookies. Was asked numerous times if there was anything additional they could’ve done for me. Mrs Kay at the from desk let her true hospitality show! The room wasn’t as updated and tech savvy as I had expected, but the waitstaff and management running the restaurant was super courteous and also went above and beyond. Zero issues and would recommend this property anytime!! Thank you”

“Okay hotel, good location, poor quality heating.

On arrival the staff were very friendly and gave me a lot of helpful advice. As an IHG Diamond member I was upgraded to a suite, which I really appreciated, and overall the suite was very decent. It had two big-screen TVs and a small kitchenette area, although there were no appliances other than a microwave and a coffee machine (no kettle). The bathroom had a shower but no bath.

I also stopped by the bar for a glass of wine, which was fine, and the staff there were very kind as well. The hotel has a small gym, business facilities, and a very good location right next to King of Prussia Mall (the fourth largest mall in America), which was a big plus for me.

Unfortunately, during the night I noticed the heating wasn’t working properly. Instead of switching on and off to keep the room at a steady temperature, it kept alternating between cold and hot air and it was quite noisy. I ended up turning it off, but then the room got pretty cold and I didn’t sleep that well. It was basically a choice between a cold room or a noisy room. Since it was the middle of the night, it didn’t feel like the right time to complain or ask to change rooms, so I just put up with it. I’ve noticed a lot of hotels in America seem to have similar heating systems.

Breakfast was open slightly late, which was fine, and the food was okay, although a couple of staff members were talking quite loudly to each other which felt a bit odd in the morning. Checkout was very smooth.

Overall, an okay stay with a great location, but the heating really let it down.”

“I always stay here when visiting Philadelphia. Only sad thing was the heater in the pool has been broken my last 2 visits. But attest they have a hot tub. If the heater was fixed it would be 5 stars”

“Went for a karate event. Nice rooms, they charged a lot of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Bar was nice to relax at after events. The sad thing about the event was that we are martial artists and are bearfooted, and they never cleaned the carpets before we came it was gross. The could of vacuumed.”

“Staff gets 5 stars especially our man Chris and our girl assistant GM Jacqueline! Entire staff is super friendly, professional and polite including the housekeepers.. They all go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and special. Jacqueline is a super sweet lady who keeps her word,, I'm glad we met her. But the star of the hotel is a fine young gentleman named Chris. His parents raised a fine young gentleman who must be very proud of him. Super nice guy, always upbeat and friendly, courteous and polite, professional, knowledgeable and patient as all heck! Smiling big thinking about his patience! Treated us with such respect. He explained things thoroughly.. And no matter how many times we bothered him, he never wavered.. He was just as polite, friendly, courteous and respectful as he always was. Chris is absolutely an asset and definitely a keeper... Any company would be lucky to have Chris as a part of their team. Truly a remarkable young man and employee!! Thank you to all staff for making our stay a very pleasant one!!Very clean hotel too.. Rooms are veyr clean and smell so pretty when you walk in.. Very welcoming. Housekeeping does a terrific job cleaning. Beds are soft and SO comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud! Pillows too were so soft and comy and they actually fit the size of the bed, King size pillows! Great night sleep! Great location and close to major highways, shopping and restaurants. A must stay! Breakfast was very good too and Brandon from room service is also a very nice friendly guy who went out of his way to help us. Barb at the restaurant is also a super friendly woman who actually brought menus up to our room, so we didn't have to come down.. Super nice lady. Then there is the maintenance guy who took the lock off our window for us! Super nice man.. very friendly personality.. and no wait time.. We called downstairs and they literally sent him right up!This hotel definitely knows how to treat and take care of their guests. They make you feel welcomed and special. Great staff! We will definitely be back.. We look forward to it! Great pricing too.. So worth it! We highly recommend this hotel!When you stay at a not so nice hotel it really makes you miss and want to run back to a hotel like the Sheraton where you had such a great experience and stay.”
