Took 8 business days just for this office to send my envelope on its way out the door... thankfully I got tracking on my piece of mail so I could see the ineptitude. How the heck does this happen, especially during tax season???

Josh was very helpful with me sending some important documents. I came in kind of late before closing and he was polite and helpful as I haven’t really mailed many things and needed guidance. Easy and right on time. Thank you!
