Three times I scheduled package pickup at my house through the website, and all three times the package was left sitting all day for anybody to walk up and steal. Today I go to take the packages to the post office myself, and they're closed! The hours posted here are wrong! They do not open until 9:00 a.m.

They never delivered my held mail and just lost two weeks of mail - not helpful at all

Random bouts of not being able to figure out where my house is, so maybe I'll get stuff in the mail or maybe I'll throw my money in the trash, it's a surprise
I know FedEx and ontrac are the worst but ffs you're supposed to know what you are doing
