I am so grateful to have the UPS store close by. I've always had superior service, with fast, friendly agents, including the manager Sylvia, Nigel, and new Jacqueline. I really cannot speak highly enough about the store leader, Sylvia. She is a dynamo, you're done before you walk in! Unbelievable service, kindness, helpfulness-- the best business ever. Thank you so much for all you do, UPS agents! No way could I accomplish so many tasks and life necessities without you! You all rock! ❤️

One employee in particular seems less than accommodating. She has made demands of purchasing additional packaging for products that are already in bubble mailers and can’t seem to utilize the scanner appropriately stating the phone screen needs to be lightened though it is at the highest brightness. Strange, off-putting and the only team member who seems to make no attempts to be helpful.

Our local UPS store is the perfect place to take my Amazon returns, of which I have plenty! I’m a full-time caregiver for my husband, so I absolutely appreciate the ease of shopping online, as well as free and easy returns.

when i walked into this UPS store (new to area of Pheonixville Pennsylvania store 3273))- i was greeted by a woman named Sylvia. she was just friendly and really helpful and helped me sort a complicated return today for Amazon. this is my UPS store now. in a world where kindness seems lacking Sylvia really made my day brighter!! it was just really great for someone to be so kind. She should be commended cause that’s who she is and we can use more kindness in this world and Sylvia brings it!!

The associate on Friday morning was so so friendly and so so accommodating. I was asking for something that they don’t carry anymore and he offered to order it for me but in the meantime gave me some leftover of what they had. Customer service at its best!
