A deli without a "working" slicer?!! Just went there to try and get a deli order. I see a FULL brick of Cooper Sharp Cheese and when I ask 13-15yo kid behind the counter for a 1/2 of Cooper, he informs me that he "only has American Cheese". I keep pointing to the brick and he finally says I don't have it sliced. We go a few rounds of me asking why he can't slice it and he mumbles (a frequent occurrence) something about "only slicing in the morning" when he is literally standing in front of a slicer. In the end I get some cooked salami, luckily that was pre-sliced (UGH) and he puts it in a thin/clear baggie. We go to the register and when I ask for a bag he points to the clear baggie and I have to say "a REAL bag", since I really don't want to run around with a non-ziplock baggie of cold cuts in my car. When I get home the cooked salami was too thick and poorly sliced/shredded in spots, so who knows if the slicer is just that bad the kid wants no part of it. Not sure if this kid is working for his parents or someone else, but he obviously doesn't want to be there, knows ANYTHING about a deli, slicing, or customer service. Mumbles half the time and while not on (probably), he is wearing 1 AirPod impacting his ability to hear a question and make a proper response. If he is a stand-in replacement worker for an afternoon, fine, just put a sign up saying "Deli Slicer not working" or something or get this kid some training.

My one and only experience here was due to returning a Uhaul truck, set up by Uhaul, not me. I pulled the truck out back. The attendant came out screaming at me to move the truck. Then asks me about gas. As he's in the truck reading the odometer, he asks me about gas again. I'm mid sentence answering his question, he SLAMS the drivers door to the truck in my face. I never got a receipt bc their access to Uhaul site was down. He asked me for my phone number which I repeated to him 3 times. He asked me if I was sure. I will NEVER step foot on this property again.

This place is basically a trash dump owned and operated by the nastiest rudest old woman you'll ever meet. This is the only place on my drive to work and I occasionally stop here if I don't have time to eat or need gas. Every time I order a sandwich at the counter, the lady who runs this place gives me the nastiest look and makes a rude comment. Tonight, I wasn't planning to get a sandwich so picked up some things off the shelves and didn't find anything satisfying enough, so I brought my items to the counter and politely asked to order a sandwich. She pauses, rolls her eyes, and says to me "you could have ordered that when you came in. I would have had it done already." I said, "sure, except I didn't decide until just now that I wanted to get a sandwich." And she didn't say anything else in return. Just made my sandwich reluctantly. I've never encountered such disgusting customer service. If you need to stop here, do yourself a favor and don't ask for anything at all. It's not worth the grief.

Place is an absolute dump. It's a convenient mart with a small deli counter. Owner/cashier was in the bathroom and didn't put on gloves to make a sandwich. Pasta salad, egg salad, chicken salad all look about a week old. I'd stay hungry rather that eat at this place. Best bet is packaged goods because the meats cheeses and salads are flat out disgusting
