The employees were very nice but I'm not happy with the rest of my experience. I placed an order for pick up and also picked up a few items when I got there. I purchased Outshine Popsicles in store and the aisle stated they were $4.99 but my receipt shows $6.29. I've been having this happen more and more with local Targets and it's hard for me to catch at the register when I have 2 small children to control. And as for the few items I picked up, 2 different pizza crusts were expired. One expired in December (over 5 months ago) and was rock hard and broken. The other pizza crust expired early April (about 6 weeks ago). Sometimes the circle deals are only for pick up or drive up but then it's so annoying when you get home to realize they gave you expired food. I also tried buying Grove spray bottles that were supposed to be Buy 1 Get 1 Free but only 1 was in the bag so I ended up getting a refund because no one could figure out how to get the app to accept 2 of them for the Buy 1 Get 1 free promotion.

I'm in this target constantly and my last two trips have been awful. The first all the isles were blocked so disabled people couldn't get through. Took me extra time to back up and was super obnoxious. The second an awful employee ( Amanda) yelled at me, refused my coupons ( saying you can't use coupons on sale items) I read her the target coupon policy and she still wouldn't take them. Then I asked to see her manager and she said she was a manager. Asked to see the gm and she said she was the gm. And when confronted on this she continued to argue, lie, and make a scene. It was super uncomfortable and unprofessional. I just asked for my coupons back and paid. I just wanted to get out of there.

The online shopping is very bad. I usually don't make bad reviews because I understand people's struggles and there are always mistakes. However, I returned stuff and they didn't give me back the same amount of money that I used to buy the stuff. I went in for help and they were being very unprofessional and make it seem like i'm stupid. The staff is very mean. Overall, would not recommend it.
