DO NOT GO TO THIS T-MOBILE LOCATION AND THINK TWICE BEFORE SWITCHING TO T-MOBILE!My wife and I recently switched to T-Mobile from Verizon only for the offer of updating my Samsung phone for free and a $600 discount on a new I-Phone for my wife. This deal was presented to us at two T-Mobile stores (Chambersburg and Phoenixville). Both locations offered the same discount when we would switch to their Magenta plan. Since they initially sold us on this offer they have lied to us multiple times afterwards regarding this offer and they continue to charge us full price for the new phones even after we traded in our old phones. They initially stated we only had to trade in the I-phone and not the Samsung. After charging us monthly for new phones with no discounts we called and explained we were offered the discount (free Android (no trade in) and $600 off I-phone after trade in) and they told us to send in our old phones to get this offer. This is completely different than what the representatives at the Phoenixville store told us. Months after I mailed in my old phone we were continued to be charged full price both phones. My wife spoke to a new representative today who said that my new phone was not part of the original offer. I regret ever switching from Verizon. When we asked the representative to listen to the prior phone conversation with T-Mobile representatives they stated they were unable to listen to our prior conversations about the discounts. "We don't record all of our calls. Only some for customer service" was the most recent response. DO NOT TRUST T-MOBILE ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION!

They are so unprofessional, I call in because I wanted to buy an iPhone and they’re the closest store to my house so I ask about they’re iPhone 14’s he sais he’s gotta wait a min for his safe to open or sum, I said alright that’s fine I’ll wait and then a couple seconds go by he hangs up on me and than I wait about 5 or 10 mins then call back and they don’t pick up, I’m glad I didn’t go there because the one in Collegeville was so much nicer and they were able to answer all my questions and I’m gonna go there to buy a new phone

I had a fantastic experience with Bobby from Phoenixville T Mobile.He was very Professional, Knowledgeable, Kind, and Understanding.He answered all of my questions. He made me feel like a older individual who has many questions.Thank You T Mobile for Employee Bobby.

If I could give zero stars I would… the company is a complete joke WARNING!!!!!!! DO NOT work let alone apply for them I once considered a job seeing as I have retail sales experience in phone sales and went to the interview. The manager was hyped and ready to hire me on the spot and I just had to speak with his boss who then said they wanted me on board all of the sudden next thing I know then the song toon changes too well we’ll call u if we’re interested in moving forward so i a few days later try to contact his boss who then blocks me so I then try to speak to the hiring manager who then I have a hard time getting ahold of but he says we’ll call you if we’re interested in moving forward then he texts me and says yeah idk if that’s true or not tbh my response I ask what do you mean with no response on Wednesday so on Monday I try to reach out to both and they both now have me blocked this company sells for T-Mobile but they’re actual brand is verge mobile the manager is very unprofessional changes everything around including words and plays games and hides and as for his manager he is extremely unprofessional and both of these 2 need to be replaced… I wouldn’t work for them they are obviously very unprofessional and very immature never again

Manager hid in the backroom when I asked for information regarding their legal department. Was told the district manager who was also there in the backroom at the time didn’t know and wouldn’t make a call to get me the requested information.Front of store associates were great and helpful but just directed me back to customer care who had hung up on me 4 times.

Very unfortunate because we came to activate our new iPhones on my wife’s birthday. They’re hours say they are open until 8 pm and I came to the store at 7 PM. There was an associate standing at the back of the room. He didn’t have the courtesy to acknowledge us standing outside and hid in the the back room. I tried calling also with no answer. A gentleman told us that we should call and even tried to get the attention to no avail.I would have been ok if there was a sign in the door with an explanation.

Customer service is a complete waste incompetent. I ordered a 14 pro they canceled my order after keeping me on the phone hours doing the order. After checking numerous times customer service could not tell me why my order was canceled. I see that customer service has lost all ability to function. They have not come up with any answer to why my order was canceled after keeping me on the phone again for hours. A useless company that has lost my respect since they apparently don't care about their customers.

On 04/09/2022 went to T-Mobile Phoenixville PaShopping for new phone Tes Franco Robert werevery knowledgeable helpful with the upgrade tothe new Iphone pro max 13 Customer service wasthe best experience they were the best .Thank you ?

Absolutely terrible!! Went in to get a promotional plan , the sales person and the manager signed us up for the wrong plan which later down the road took so much time to clear up with T-Mobile and we wound up paying more money and it took over a month to clear it up . phone calls letter and a credit collection agency. We were supposed to get $800 back for a phone , and the way the plan was written up we were not getting that money back and we were Playing for a plan that we did not sign up for. We had to go to a different store to get help. The manager insisted that we had to do it by phone and he could not refund or do anything to correct the problem. Buyer beware !!you have been warned.

I just visited this location after a T-Mobil agent told me they could repair my phone. Upon arrival both agents were sitting on the counters-neither addressed me or asked how they could help-after explaining what I needed repaired all they said was we don’t do that. Didn’t offer any other information-so I asked id they could check where I can go and to please call and make sure, I was given a sticky note with the information and told they are unable to call and verify. Upon leaving the store, I was told to never come back-By far the worst CS I’ve ever encountered!
