Avoid this fraudulent "dealer" and just buy from Herman Miller directly. I purchased a $2600 desk from Spectrum for my home office and 4 months later the cable trough broke. I repeatedly contacted them to get it fixed because my desk is under warranty, but they did not respond to my online claims, phone calls, or repeated e-mails. Totally unprofessional and shameful. It's funny how they were super responsive and attentive when I was purchasing the desk, yet now that the desk needs to be fixed they're nowhere to be found. Don't waste your time on Spectrum. There are other authorized dealers in Pennsylvania with better prices and customer service.Service: Office space design

Great place to find a home office chair. Anthony and Elizabeth worked with me and got me a quote within a day. I really appreciated this because many other certified dealers for Herman Miller don't respond to single chair orders.

This review is about the customer service I received to have the internet set up (as far as the actual service, I'm new so time will tell.) Anywho, Alfredo Ortiz (unsure which office location he's from) however, he was great! He was respectful when I requested that he wear a mask and most importantly, he was professional while doing his job. He was patient and really seemed to want to do a "job well done" he worked hard and didn't take the easy way out (nowadays this is hard to come by). Mr. Ortiz took his time and ensured that all of my devices were connected. He made several trips to obtain necessary tools to get the job done. He was informative and provided me with the number to call if I had any issues and explained to me why the internet was not working before he arrived. I think this guy is leadership material and great work ethic!! GREAT JOB, SIR! your team is lucky to have you!

The worst of the worst ! An absolute disgrace of a company in general. Couldn't imagine how whoever runs this "business" sleeps at night knowing what they charge other human beings for S*** services. Karma will facilitate itself !

I came to this place at 5.55 they close at 6 the gentleman working there was on a personal phone call and did not let me in saying they were closed...people working next door said they should definitely let you in but no they denied me . Horrible service

If you look in the dictionary under the word incompetency , you will find the word "spectrum".. they canceled my appointment two times and arrived three hours late on the day of installation. They insisted on using old wires that were no good from the previous owner and drilled huge unnecessary holes in my sheet rock which I have to pay someone now to patch up. When they ran the cable from the main source they ran it along the wall putting Staples into my crown moldings which is totally absurd and now the crown moldings are damaged and I had them immediately remove it and have them put the wiring in the wall. Probably the two most laziest individuals I've ever met in my life & it only gets better because the price they quoted me was not the same price that I was being charged every month. I went back to the store to return the DVR's because we don't need them and they were charging us extra. I put more time and effort into getting cable installed in my home than the company did them selves. You have been given a fair warning

I was told the "great promotion". The Spectrum customer representative Alikon, told me the great WiFi, international calling and cable. I was told that I would get faster WiFi then Verizon and I made the appointment to install the cable box. When the technician completed their work, he told us to call to transfer the old phone number we had with Verizon to spectrum. THIS was gureanteed TWICE before I agreed to make the installation appointment. I was on the phone for TWO hours to cancel. When I canceled , THEY told ME to take the box to the nearest UPS store. THEY told ME I have to call Verizon to install my box back. UNTRUSTWORTHY SERVICE. DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU. I'm writing this because I wouldn't want anyone else go through what I went through .

Horrible!!! So sorry I just left Verizon! The customer service is rude! My cable went out due to the storm. My husband called and they said they were not aware of the problem! Meanwhile my TV had the explanation on the channel. Do not change over!!!! I am going to call Verizon back!

Setting up my cable for Staten Island my first tech arrives he leaves because he didn't have the equipment to install the service like what how unprofessional... it gets worse so he tells up he's going to get it at around 2pm ... never comes back we got no call or anything they reschedule our appointment for next day without notifying us then says someone will be out I've called customer service at least 6 times ... the tech is now 7 hours late I cannot believe the lack of professionalism worst experience ever they need new technicians because obviously the ones they have now have respect for customers or their company

I moved to staten island on the first day of 2019. Ive been a customer of tmc (spectrum) since 2006 in brooklyn and rarely had a problem with anything. Let me just say they were 4 hours late to their appointment, they arrived after my guests and family members arrived, while all having dinner. Ontop of that in the past 6 days ive been DC'd from the internet already about 15 times. Average 2-3 times a day i would lose connection randomly for a very short period that would interupt whatever i am doing. And right now i am writing this review using my cellphone data. This rating will definitely change within a week. I should have listened to my neighbors and got fios. I will push it through for a month only because i had no problems with them for over a decade uptil now. I guess staten island is not for them, i am truly upset that i might be changing to d*** fios.
