My boyfriend brought our cat here for a lion’s cut and her nails trimmed. The cut is uneven and her back paws were bleeding from how short she took her nails. Our cat is also acting really scared and anxious ever since she came home; normally she would just be angry with us, for like an hour, for making her go in her crate.
This isn’t the first time our cat’s been there and we weren’t satisfied with the service.
She tries to up charge for the three month rule even if it isn’t past three months and there’s apparently a forced tip screen now with the lowest option being 20%? It’s already expensive without all that stuff. Overall it’s been a bad experience

Amazing, personal service. My Sheba is an elderly cat. She had matted fur and clumps. Dana took excellent, loving care of her and removed all the clumps. Sheba now looks beautiful! I highly recommend!

I scheduled Max my cat for a lion cut to de-mat him on 3/6. Online booking requires that I had to give up a credit card and pre-approve a $150 charge for this type of service. Later the day of the grooming, I see a charge pop up for $260!!! This is the upcharge for cutting his nails which I did NOT authorized and for the fact that I hadn't been there "every 3 mos" to get my cat shaved. Who wants to put their cats through that trauma and who can afford that on the regular? Also, who is to say Dana doesn't charge at will being she has unfettered access to your credit card. On Facebook, Dana posted unapproved/unauthorized pictures of Max and mocked me for first questioning and then protesting the upcharge. I have every right to question and protest because 1) you don't charge something that hasn't been authorized 2) you first obtain a customer's approval of the EXTRA services and COST associated. Also, don't you dare say that I'M neglectful. I'm the one paying more than $150 to get my cat groomed. Wait, I meant butchered. He was butchered like a piece of meat. I think the pictures say it all--happy before, shorn like a sheep, unhappy/nervous after, shaved down to his skin in last picture!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Amazing groomer! Amazing person! Dana does an expert job with taking care of our cat's nails. With Milo, she is just as loving and tender as we are. I'm sure owners of young cats can relate: Milo is super anxious and completely (and aggressively) against being put in a carrier. We have not been able to get him to the vet or groomer. For his first manicure, Dana came to our home, and Milo melted. He immediately plugged into her positive energy and warm vibe. Initially scared of anyone, Milo went right to her, and without a hand from us, she clipped his nails, holding him like a baby. Dana managed to tend to Milo's claws without alarming him, which is not easy with many cats, but also left him more relaxed than when she had begun. Dana is a find! She is an experienced and gentle groomer and loves others' pets like they were hers. We would give her ten stars if we could.

Had an amazing experience getting my 1.5 year old golden retriever groomed at picture Purrfect grooming! The environment is very low stress and welcoming, we felt right at home! 10 out of 10 will be back again :)

Dana is the best! My dog is always excited to go see her and Dana does a great job of making her feel comfortable even though she can be a bit nervous during a nail trimming.

Dana has been taking care of my Philipp since I rescued him, and I could not ask for a finer groomer! Her compassion and care makes every visit a pleasure, and Philipp is totally at ease when in her care. Highly recommended!

Finding someone who can groom a cat can be tricky. Finding someone who can make my cat comfortable and does cage free grooming is one in a million! My boy comes back smelling great, free of any mats or tangles and so soft. I highly recommend!

Picture Purrfect has been amazing for my dog. She no longer is anxious when it’s time for her grooming appointment. She goes right in, gives kisses and loves her bath!
