Staff are clear, concise, punctual, patient and professional. The library has beautiful architecture and hosts community enhancing meetings that attract people to move to Phoenixville. A large park with a kids playground is nearby. Collections include DVDs, audiobooks, CDs, video games and many books. Children and adults enjoy exploring new, old, and exciting titles. Though some staff chatter can be noisy, the library remains a treasure trove of resources and a valuable community asset.

Good library overall, staff is a a bit chatty/noisy for a library, but I'm usually in and out, so no matter. If they don't have the book, Chester County Library System usually does

What an incredible treasure trove of resources! My kid and I love wandering around and seeing what's new, old, or exciting.
