KinderCare in Phoenixville Pa, provides such a loving and structured environment.
The staff is so accommodating and the kids love it there. I had 3 littles attending and they come home so happy!
Plus I get daily reviews and pics of what they are doing all day!

We have been very happy with the two teachers in our son's classroom, Ms. Brianna and Ms. Jasmine. It is clear that they are attentive and care about our child while he is under their watch. You can see that they care about the responsibility they hold in the classroom. Additionally, we have have been very happy with the director(s) Leanne, Olivia and Santia. While our older son is done with Kindercare, he too, had a positive experience at Kindercare before moving on to Kindergarten.

The infant room is amazing. Our son LOVES his buddies and the teachers are all very attentive. He absolutely loves going and the best part is the long afternoon when he gets home. Thank you team for the caring and nurturing environment that you create.

My daughter absolutely loves it here. Miss Brianna makes KinderCare a second home for my baby so much there are days where my daughter doesn’t want to leave miss Brianna has a real nurturing effect with children, miss Jasmine is an excellent model mentor to children. My daughter comes home, identifying colors in Spanish, and also counting in Spanish as well, I observed and like how Miss Brianna and Miss Jasmine cater to each child in a timely manner, my daughter comes home with a Positive new experience to share with me every day, I couldn’t ask for a better place for my daughter to be”

The teachers in the infant room are fantastic! My daughter lights up when she sees them and she has been making great strides with milestones. They truly care for her and keep me updated on her progress. I love the frequent updates and photos throughout the day. I’m so grateful to have peace of mind with her receiving excellent care while my husband and I work. Highly recommend Phoenixville KinderCare!!

Amina and Amy has been amazing with caring for my son! They are awesome teachers with lots of experience, compassion and trustworthy. He currently two years old and has been attending Kinder Care since he been 6 months.

We have been at KinderCare Phoenixville for a little over a month and love it. Miss Jasmine has been fantastic for our 5 year old. She's very friendly, down to earth and a great teacher for our son! He comes home and tells us everything he does that day and he's learned so much already! I highly recommend!

My first time here since September 2023, staff was welcoming and friendly. I love it when my daughter, consistently talks about her day at the center. She loves her classmates, the classroom, and especially her teachers Ms Jasmine, Ms Brianna, and Ms Swathi. It is clear that they are doing an amazing job! Thank you for keeping my daughter educated, happy, and safe!

My son Walter went he for 4 months. His last month there they had a new supervisor every week. I told the first supervisor the one that was there from his start date that we would be moving to Florida in a month so we would no longer need service, she said that it was fine and that she would mark it down. She left a day later and a new supervisor took over. Then a week and a half later another new supervisor, and another a week after that. Then we moved to Florida and they billed me for 3 months after that and I have a huge hit on my credit report now!!!! It’s not my fault you couldn’t keep your employees. This is by far the worst daycare I have ever seen. I owe them no money I did what I was supposed to and gave them ample time before moving!!! I also witnessed them beating the kids there, very horrible sight to see

Updated review— Since Olivia was so kind to call me out I figured I’d update my review. Let me first say, as an employee of Kindercare, don’t you think it’s a little inappropriate to post a review pretending to only be a parent praising your filthy facility? I have many pictures showing the bugs in the daycare as well as the disgusting black knees my child used to come home with. Tell me, isn’t it a little weird at least 3 of your employees don’t trust the center enough to send their own kids there? How do I know? Well they followed me when I left to take my child somewhere safer. Not the most mature post as the center assistant director, Olivia.———————————————-I keep going back and forth about writing this review, but as a former Kindercare parent I wish someone had told me this before I made the decision to send my child there. Let me first start by saying that we were happy with most of the teachers there. Miss Faythe is incredible and I always knew my child was safe with her.That being said, the turn over in staff here is ridiculous, and there were weekly closures of classrooms because staff abruptly quit or did not show up.The biggest issue for me was the cleanliness of the facility. The kid bathrooms were disgusting and always smelled. My son would come home daily with black knees from crawling around on the carpet. The worst was the bug and rodent issue. The final straw for me was finding out from another parent about the roaches, mice, and bed bugs present in the facility. Never once was this location closed for cleaning or treatment of these pests. Parents were never notified about the possibility of bed bugs.It is so disheartening to hear that the health and safety of my child was put at risk due to the lack of concern over the space my child played and napped on.

We have been depending on Kindercare in Phoenixville for over 4 years. They have been amazing during the pandemic. My children are happy, safe, and engaged. The current director, Leanne, and assistant director Olivia, are responsive, compassionate, and very knowledgeable about childhood development. Just like any other daycare, this location has struggled with staffing since the pandemic, but it's been improving.Faythe has been the infant room teacher since before we started here, and she is incredible. She got us through our first year as parents. She is loving, dependable, responsive, and smart.Blue has been another shining star there and I'm looking forward to my youngest being in her classroom.

Since day one Leanne and staff have had open arms. Ever since they were infants until now the kids are and always have been priority. Throughout Covid, unusual turnover with staff, unfortunate shutdowns, and countless other variables Leanne, faythe, Blue, Olivia, destiny, Jeannette, and many others have remained so genuine and eager to make our kids priority. I’ve built relationships with all outside of school. My kids love going to school. They have learned so much and continue to get challenged daily. Ofcourse there are things we can all improve upon but there’s no better feeling when dropping off in the morning and your kids run to different teachers with open arms excited to see them again!!
