Ott’s is legit. Genuine, honest people that are transparent about any car issues.
The most helpful time was when Joe looked at my car for several hours to try and diagnose an issue that would cost me a couple thousand dollars. Ott’s was very kind about the process and tried to give me the best advice possible without breaking my wallet. I appreciate the humanity! Highly recommend.

Ott's is just good people. In this industry you need trust. The folks at Ott's are dependable, genuine, and add value to the community. I'm new to the neighborhood and new to Ott's but very familiar wit the ins/outs of car mechanics and it's a great feeling knowing my vehicle is in good hands worked on by expert mechanics with family values. Somewhere I can trust!!As a female 26 year old who doesn't know much about cars I get scared going to places where a mechanic could tell me nothing or all the things are wrong with my car and I wouldn't know any better. I was referred by the Advanced Auto Parts right next door who said they were good, honest people and it is absolutely true. I explained what I needed to get fixed and the owner confidently told me that I - knowing not much much about cars - could fix myself. He explained it to me and I later bought the parts at Advanced Auto Parts. I'm so grateful for the help, guidance and confidence he gave me to save a little. I brought it back the next day for an oil change and thanked him for his honesty and help with everything.Thank you Mr. Ott, for making this problem I had a bit easier. I'm glad I have somewhere I can trust. ?

Had the best experience with Ott’s! Took my car in for a bumper repair and to fix my electronic trunk. They were so friendly, did a great job on the repairs and even cleaned it before I picked it up. The price was very fair, I would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back in the future! Thank you!!

A shop you can trust... Have gone multiple times always a good experience including fitting in mounting tires for me without hesitation. No beating around the bush. Straight to the point if there is an issue. ??????

I took my car here a few weeks ago for a basic inspection and oil change. I did say to them that I felt the brakes were bad and wasn't sure if it would pass. The owner called me a few hours later and told me that all the brakes needed replaced and I said I knew they were iffy and expected at least the rears needed replaced. He was apologetic for it needed such work and I said that's fine it is what it is. He said they'd get to work on it but wasn't sure if they could get it done by the evening and I said the next morning was fine if need be as I needed to get to work but if not I'd work something out. He said they'd stay later just to try to get it done for me. I said don't go out of your way as this was unexpected for you. Well much to my surprise they had it done before 5pm!! I fully expected to be picking it up in the morning or later the next day. The owner was so nice and kind and said they were able to put other cars aside as those owners didn't need their car back and they worked on mine to get it done for me. He showed me all the brake parts they pulled off and they were pretty bad. Anyway I just am so thankful for the work they did and how they went out of their way. I am so glad I went there and if anyone needs a garage to go to definitely choose Ott's!! Thank you!!

Did a great job repairing our Bronco. Great service. Knowledgeable team and good follow up on questions. Hope to not need more body work, but good to know Donna us there if we do. No regrets using this business.

This is a place that is thorough about their work and truly care about their customers! Donna and Dawn are the best. Donna has gone above and beyond any expectations of good customer service I’ve ever had!. Mr. Ott is a fair man who is honest and tells the truth about the work you need to be safe in your vehicle.I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know. Do not use this place for Intoxalock it has been a nightmare since the day they touched my car battery dead new battery still won’t run don’t back up there work it is always some one else’s fault and they say 8 am appointment don’t get car back for 10ths without even a sorry they are terribleService: Auto maintenance
