“I was in this store on Sunday 7/31. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Chris and she was incredibly friendly, positive and helpful. I went to the outlets to look for some pants for work and hadn’t planned on going to just one store. I’d originally gone into the women’s clothing store next door to return something for my wife and then decided to start my search at Perry Ellis since I was right there. My plan was to look at what they had, check some prices and then move on to a few more stores and once I felt like I saw what I liked best go back to whatever store it was and make my purchase.None of that ended up being necessary. Obviously I found pants that I really liked, however, but the main reason that I decided to stop looking was because of Chris. She was a breath of fresh air and made such a positive impression on me that I honestly had to write this review. She is an awesome employee for your company and I hope there is some way that she can be recognized for her work and attitude.Thanks so much for an awesome experience! It’s rare that I need that style of clothing that the store provides and I hope the next time I’m there she will be working. Thanks again!”

“This store in a sentence: how the upscale moneyed set looks like they're outdoorsy without actually being outdoorsy. Or: decor, gear and outfits for entertaining at the "cabin" in the Berkshires. Tucked into a shopping center off busy Lancaster Ave/ US -30 in Paoli sits Trove General Store. It's a beautifully merchandised, well laid out store featuring warm brown tones against cool gray, some "vintage" style accents, mix of clothing, decor and housewares. None of this is "general store" unless you've got a cozy 6 bedroom cabin or a chalet at Aspen. You want to look outdoorsy without being outdoorsy- catered clamping is roughing it. Everything is lovely, and $55 is a sale price for a shirt. Three melamine stacking trays in different sizes will run you $85. Spotted a thick book on how to go camping that will not help you go camping but will look great on a shelf or a side table. Expensive, tasteful, fun to visit. I am not their customer.”

“Nova is the best! I ordered pants online and when they arrived, found out they didn’t fit correctly. I made the mistake of not emailing to return immediately and by the time I got around to it, my return window had closed. I reached out to customer service, who said there was nothing they could do. As a last effort I visited the the exton store and spoke to Nova. She said she could provide store credit and then helped me get the right size and type of replacement pants, even ordering them for me online. Could not have been a better experience. Amazing customer service!”

“I went in to return a pair of pants, get alterations and order another pair of pants. Charlie was so incredibly helpful, I wish I got the name of the other associate who helped my husband look at different suits. Charlie was insightful and helped me find over $100 in rewards (in my account) to help bring down the cost of my total purchase. They gave us refreshments as we shopped. I have shopped at Banana Republic for over 10 years and it was the best shopping experience I’ve had at a Banana Republic.”

“You can judge a store when you have gone through a complex tangled mess with them, and still have a good experience. I bought a highly coveted patagonia jacket from their online store, but the last jacket in size M had been sold on the floor right as I purchased it online. After using the wrong credit card, a new jacket in size L, two credit card charges that couldn't be refunded -- I have to say they were incredibly professional and responsive. The least I can do is write a glowing review because not every store has good customer service, that are able to follow the tangled thread that ended up with my purchase and still leave a good impression on me. I will be shopping here online again.”

We arrived just after opening and many stores were still closed and would be until noon! “I would rate this Allen Edmonds store, especially this store and its assistant store manager Tim Fournier, as one of the best experiences I have had in recent memory at an in-person retail store. As a newer Allen Edmonds shoe wearer with little to no experience wearing these types of shoes, I was blown away by the level of professionalism and subject matter expertise by the store's assistant manager, Tim Fournier. For someone who is used to wearing dress shoes from Walmart, this was a significant change for me. Tim made it easy by providing honest options of shoes and colors based on my daily needs. He also provided ways to maintain my shoes in ways I had no idea. You would be surprised by some of the differences in wearing real leather shoes! Overall if you are on the fence about buying Allen Edmonds my recommendation is to visit this store and ask for Tim you won't regret it.-Proud owner of 2 pairs of park ave dress shoes”

If you go ask for Joe, not that their other sales people aren’t great too(shout out to Damon he was great too) but believe me joe is the store manager and he is the real deal. Let him do his thing, he will get you in the perfect fitting pants/jacket/dress shirt. He is very knowledgeable and helpful, but at the same time not pushy at all. I will definitely be back.”

I went into the Exton Mall for the first time in forever, after just one or two minutes of being inside, I thought there may have been a nuclear apocalypse. But then I went into Hot topic and there is the grooviest, coolest person on the planet, Luka. No matter what you're doing in the abandoned rubble of what used to be the Exton mall, make sure you stop in and see Luka, she will make your day. ??❤️??”
