We have been at MMP for a little over a year and have two children who attend. After moving to the area from out of state, and being at two other centers, we reluctantly made another change to MMP and are so happy we did! Our kids have felt welcomed and at home since day 1. Our lead teachers and the admin staff are extremely communicative, and all go above and beyond to create a sense of community within the center. Drop off and pickup can be hectic at times, however I think that can be said of any center/school during peak hours. Id highly recommend!

We recently wrapped up our time after Magic Memories after several years (our oldest moved on to Kindergarten, and we decided to move our youngest to another program). Our experience started out great, but quickly declined over the last couple of years. As with anything, there's both good and bad, so I'll offer up a little of both. The good:- We were very happy with almost all of the teachers. Despite a lot of turnover over the last several years, there are several standouts who were absolutely fantastic with our girls and always incredibly pleasant to interact with ourselves.- While the bad items I list outnumber the good, I feel some staff changes they have recently made could lead to some improvements in the areas I list below. The bad:- Tuition has increased dramatically. Over the last three years, tuition has gone up by 8-9% each year. I understand the need to increase tuition on a yearly basis, but this has seemed extreme. One year a letter was sent justifying the tuition increase with items such as parking lot resurfacing, fence replacement, etc. Maybe it's just me, but these items feel like they should be overhead costs associated with running a business, and not costs distributed for their customers to cover.- Tuition has increased, but so have in-service days. We have been paying more for less service. The actual days the in-service days are scheduled also often don't make sense and don't line up with days off for the local schools. This makes it difficult for parents to juggle schedules with older kids in school.- We have had issues with invoices being correct a lot recently. We know this has been an issue for other parents as well. Magic Memories had recently sent an email requiring all families to set up payments on autopay. We had trouble stomaching the thought of that knowing we always had to review every invoice to make sure it was actually correct before paying.- Communication and professionalism from higher levels of management has been less than desirable. That said, the director there for most of our time started in the position just before the pandemic and had to deal with stressed/frustrated/irritable parents (myself included) and may have had trouble bouncing back from that. There is a new director as of recently, and I feel she has been great in the role so far.

We are very happy with our experience at Magic Memories! This is the third childcare center my daughter has attended due to our family moving. She has learned so much since starting at Magic Memories, adding several words to her vocabulary in just a few weeks. We really like the app they use and the updates provided throughout the day. The teachers and directors are very nice and you can tell they really care about the children and are very knowledgeable about child development.

Absolutely can NOT say enough good things about this school. The staff and teachers are amazing. My son loves going to school here. I ask him everyday if he had a good day and he always says yes. When I come to pick him up I can always hear him laughing on my way to the classroom. He truly has thrived here in the two years he's been there. I feel like the staff truly cares about the children and I feel as tho they are like part of the family. I love and adore how much they care for our boy. Genuine, caring, trustworthy and I am so grateful I found Magic Memories of Phoenixville.

Our little lady LOVES the Phoenixville MM! We’ve had nothing but amazing staff/teachers since being there! She comes home happy, clean, and learns so much. The app they use is very utilized by teachers (especially ms Lauren, Chloe, and kelcea). We are always updated on her day-good and not so great behavior. This gives us the opportunity to talk about her day and work on behavior. The director Ms Meagan and assistant director Ashley are AMAZING! We are greeted with a smile and hello every time we come in! We couldn’t give this location a better review!!!

We have absolutely loved being a part of the MM Phoenixville family. Our children have thrived since our daughter first started in early 2021 and we are so impressed with how much they are learning. The pictures and updates throughout the day via the app are great and it is convenient and easy to use. I really appreciate that the director and teachers have been attentive and work closely with us on any concerns or special circumstances that have come up. I also appreciate the effort they make towards transparency, communication and (especially when COVID cases were high) attention to cleanliness. While not typical, we also love that our daughter's teacher has "moved up" with her and has such a connected relationship. She talks about "My Susie" all the time!

My daughter has thrived at Magic Memories for the past two years. The staff there is like a second family, and truly care about her. I know she will be safe and learning news things each day. Thank you MMP!

Magic Memories has been a great place to work for the past 3 years! The director and assistant director are super supportive of all staff and families no matter what the situation is. I would recommend working here for anyone wanting to work in Early Childcare.

My grandson goes to Magic Memories in Phoenixville. He is so very loved and taken care of. My daughter couldn’t have chosen a better place for him to be. The staff is always welcoming and responsive to questions. They genuinely care for all the children.

I would recommend them to anyone. We enrolled our first son in 2019 and plan to enroll our second as well.

My son (3) has been with magic memories about 7 months and I could not be happier...and neither could he! prior to our move to MM my son attended a "high class" academy childcare center in limerick and I assumed it was the best of the best due to the corporate level marketing pamphlet and modern decor. I was nervous to move him but I am so glad I did! Since starting at MM my son has progressed at a level that I did not think was possible. At his last center he chose to play by himself and was a daily struggling getting him in the building. in 7 months my son has made a group of friends he talks about daily and is attending his first birthday party soon! He can not wait to get to school every day, sings songs about his teachers and going to school on the weekends and is always ecstatic at drop off and pick up! All of the teacher, even the ones I don't recognize from his class greet him by name and with a smile in the halls and he runs to hug them each day. his class teachers are ALWAYS in great spirit, give me daily comments about his progressions and have been an absolute dream team with potty training. He acclimated so fast and has become such a social butterfly since his start at magic memories. They make a big fuss about holidays with tons of activities that my son adores. They have "spirit days" monthly and I love how it gets me involved with his day to day. At his last school management knew nothing about his progress or who he was, at MM the directors are familiar with his day to day and always have something nice or funny to tell me when passing by! Magic memories is truly a family based center and as a parent I am so blessed to have found them. I never have the mom guilt or worry about sending him to daycare, it feels like we joined a family when enrolling at magic memories. It's impossible for me to believe the legitimacy of the negative reviews below! The care, love and learning my son has experienced so far can not be beat!

We have been a part of the Magic Memories family for a couple of months now and it has truly been amazing. When selecting a daycare we really wanted somewhere that would be a home away from home for our baby girl. We found exactly that in Magic Memories. They made the transition to daycare easy, not only for our baby, but us too as first time parents. They are readily available for any questions and/or concerns you may have. They also have an app where they post updates of your baby’s activity throughout the day. In addition, they have events that really engage the kids, parents, and staff. Most of it being virtual now due to Covid-19, but it is incredible that a mist of everything going on, they are still going the extra mile. Everyday we drop our baby off and pick her up from Magic Memories, she has a beaming smile on her face and we could not imagine anything better.

I am a mother of four and have recently used this place for childcare due to convenience in location and have experienced absolute horror. The staff is completely unprofessional and unresponsive to the needs of children and families. Extremely unsanitary to say the least.

Way to much teacher turnover. School itself is wonderful but teachers come and go.

It is truly hard to describe the feeling of family that is exuded from the team at this center. From day one, my family has felt welcome and that means the world to me. When you can drop off your child and know they are safe, having fun, and cared for as if they were their teacher's own child- you know you made the right choice!
