Very pleased to have chosen Liion Wholesale for my project. Purchased 32 lithium headway cells for a car audio battery bank build. All cells came in within .1 volts of each other besides 4 which came in as dead cells. With less than a 5 minute call to their customer support they verified and took care of the 4 bad cells at no charge. I was skeptical about this site due to how low the prices but very happy with my order. I ordered on 9/17 package was here 9/20. I ordered 2 sets of batteries and an extra case. Each set will come with a case, I wasn't expecting that. Vapcell brand batteries I ordered are lasting longer on a charge than lg h2's I bought them to replace.

I routinely buy batteries, wraps, insulators, etc., from them for my mods as well as for custom battery packs for LED lighting. Shipping is always fast and my orders are well packed. I recently ordered some Opus chargers. When they arrived I recognized that two of the chargers had issues and were not working properly. Within an hour of contacting the customer support department they had already shipped the warranty chargers. Amazing customer service/support! Will definitely be coming back.

I actually left them a great review as others have done....until we ran into an issue with an order ..Wow.. Really...I own a business..if I treated my customers the way that this place does I would not be in business... For those of you out there that work hard for your money I would avoid this site at all cost..I think we are going to have to sacrifice a kitten or something along with double shipping to get 30% of our money back..oh yeah, and a quote from customer service , " make sure you send back the free gift we gave you"
