I just purchased my 3rd vehicle with Chris Phillips at John Kennedy Ford in Phoenixville and I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase and overall experience. Chris is extremely knowledgeable on all the cars on the lot not just the Ford cars/trucks and he is honest. If he isn’t sure about something, he will find out and gets right back to you. He is not forceful in anyway and is happy to answer any and all questions you may have. I purchased 2 Honda’s and most recently the Ford Explorer, I won’t go anywhere else to buy a car. Everyone there was helpful and worked with me on pricing. I would recommend them if you are shopping for a car.

Worked with Matt Bierer and had a fantastic experience purchasing a new 2024 Bronco Sport. Matt’s attention to detail was phenomenal as he scoured the inventory of multiple locations to select the Bronco Sport with all the features I was looking for at the best available price and rebate. Matt and John Kennedy Ford really worked with me to see what I valued in not only the vehicle but vehicle payments, gave me more than a fair price for my trade-in, and figured out a way to make the deal work for me. Matt is not in any way the pushy salesperson you dread buying from at car dealerships, but he is kind, sincere, attentive and creative in his options to make things work (if you as the buyer want to make it happen!)
Couldn’t be happier with my buying experience from John Kennedy Ford of Phoenixville and my purchase! I would highly recommend to anybody looking for their next car.

Chris is the real deal- normally you expect a dealership to treat you a certain way, but he treats every customer with 100% respect and delivers top notch customer service every time. No nonsense, just always doing the right thing- absolutely recommend Kennedy Ford every time.
