My kids' meals came out wrong, and the wait time for our food took a very long time our server didn't give us utensils straws for our drinks or small plates for our croissants and preztel sticks. I don't think we'll be coming back.

Only came here because we had a reward to use. This past experience reminded us why we don't go as often. The food was cold- I honestly just assume their heating lamps or stoves were off or broken. We started with the potato leek soup and it was not even warm. The service was not attentive. The staff did not communicate with our waitress when we had an issue and needed to move tables, therefore our food was delivered to an empty table. We did come for the St. Paddy's day menu and after asking about it our server did give us the menu to look at vs on our phones email. I'm not sure why the host did not give us the menu from the beginning. I asked for the white grape basil non-alcoholic drink and it's fine they were out of white grapes, however our server did not take the drink off of our check. Do better iron hill.

We went early on a Saturday night, not at all crowded. We ordered and waited, and waited, and waited. There was only 3 of us, ordered a couple salads and a burger. The wait was entirely too long. A table of three was seated after us yet they got their food and finished 20 minutes ahead of us. Food was just ok, nothing special. Staff was polite and acknowledged the delay in getting our food. No complaints about our server. Overall disappointed.

We were disappointed that 7 of us had to be split between 2 tables because there was supposedly an hour wait for a table for 7 but could seat us right away separately. There was 1 large party and 2 other tables occupied in the dining area. There were at least 4 tables loaded with dirty dishes, where people weren't there. And our friends sat for almost 20 minutes and no server bothered to come over to say hello or get a drink order. Can't blame them for walking out. Sorry to say none of us will be back to this location

We call this our hidden gem in phoenixville! Took us a while to venture out that far down Bridge street but very glad we did. It’s definitely been busier than normal there and they’ve been handling it very well. The food and beer is very good. We had lunch there this Sunday and the pizza is alway s good but it was especially delicious today! Our server was Angela who we’ve had before and is very attentive. Matt has also taken care of us several times and is also excellent. He even stopped by our table even though he was n’t our server. The staff there doesn’t disappoint and is always on top of things. Everyone was running around like little chickens but you’d never have known they were busy from the service. Our food took a little longer than normal but she communicated along the way and brought out samples while we waited. The table behind us had her running back and forth A LOT and I was impressed by how patient she was.

Made reservations for my parents and got them a gift card. Food was horrible except for the salad and nachos. Ordered strawberry margaritas that looked like beer and tasted of sweet and sour mix. Poor experience will not be going back!

A big round of applause for the Phoenixville Iron Hill location - truly a top pick and, in my opinion, the crown jewel of the Iron Hill franchise on the mainline. A special mention goes to Michael Scott, the exceptionally cool and highly efficient general manager, whose efforts are instrumental in making this place what it is.The culinary experience here is unmatched: every dish is a hit, served swiftly and consistently delicious. Nestled right on Bridge Street, its prime location makes it the perfect spot for anyone enjoying a stroll or some window shopping in Phoenixville.Service is quick, and the staff are both friendly and well-versed in the menu's offerings, ready to offer recommendations.Do yourself a favor and indulge in the coconut shrimp, the Southwest chicken salad, any of their burgers, the Thai chicken salad, nachos, the unique upside-down walnut apple dessert, crème brûlée, and of course, a selection from their wine and beer offerings. Trust me, there’s no going wrong with any choice here.

Had reservations for a large group. Was seated immediately and allowed to let group filter in. Had a couple unexpected arrivals and they added a table without issue. Food was great!

Understandably very busy on a Saturday night but we weren't sat for 45 mins after our reservation. We reserved a regular table and unfortunately had to be seated at high tops. Waited a good 10+ mins to be asked about drinks, and 10 mins waiting for them, even just waters. This is not the waitresses fault at all, but more staff definitely needs to be hired for better pay. My burger was undercooked and the lettuce was like rubber. Someone in my party ordered sweet potato fries instead of regular and literally got 7 fries while the regular fries were dozens more. For an extra charge, there needs to be a larger supply. Really disappointed in the experience

Went in on a slow weekday for dinner. Finding the entrance door is not as easy as it might seem. The most prominent door is a glass door to the dining room from the sidewalk and an exit only. Staff took way too long to seat us in a nearly empty restaurant. Service was slow. New waitress was being trained by another with only 4 weeks herself. Dirty utensils, apps and salad arrived almost simultaneously with dinner, food was lukewarm. Been to several others of this chain and this was by far the worst of them; 3 stars is charitable.

Iron Hill Phoenixville did not disappoint. Service was spot on and friendly, the food came out prompt and hot. The beer sampler was a very nice touch and helped us select what we wanted with our food. The food was fresh and tasty and priced reasonably. We will be back again.

Amazing staff: knowledgeable and very friendly; I was offered tastings of beer i may like after my first purchase. The beer was very good as well. I ordered a burger and was surprised that it was as small and basic as it was. For a $15 burger I expected something a little more than a patty the size of one you get out of a frozen box at the grocery store, and a handful of fries on the side.

So my wife and I walked in here because she was dizzy and had not eaten anything, I asked if we could just grab an order of fries to go and some bread while we wait.Hayden, the host in the front, immediately stopped what he was doing and went and got my wife food, water, and even offered soup or anything else she needed, on the house, as a New Year’s gift. The service is great, the atmosphere is great, and the people are even better.Highly recommend this restaurant and especially Hayden!

Our server, Ms. Karla, was very friendly & outgoing. The on-tap beer Vienna Red Lager is always good -- wish they'd bring back Ore House IPA as a regular offering(!) My wife enjoys the Mushroom soup, and our entrees -- Shrimp & Grits and Margherita Pizza - - were delicious & properly prepared. What's especially great is this Iron Hill Brewery location has been consistently great over all its time. Hats off to local management, chefs, servers, brew masters, and Corporate Management. Hosts/hostesses, too. Keep up the great efforts everyone!!
