Ian was so helpful throughout our home buying process. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and Ian was so patient in answering them and walking us through the different aspects of a mortgage. He was also able to provide pre-approvals and fast track underwriting very quickly in helping us win our home in a very competitive environment. He was very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him to other home buyers.

Ian and his team saved us after we had a horrible experience at a competitor of theirs and had to switch lenders at the last second. He was kind, professional, and we could tell we were in good hands after our first panicked meeting with him. If it weren't for Ian and Gia, we would have missed out on our dream home and we feel so fortunate that Ian was able to help get our loan over the finish line. We had a great and super easy experience buying our first home with Ian -- can't recommend enough! He walked us through every detail to make sure we fully understood everything and was very responsive when we did have a question. Our closing process was so simple -- We had heard so many horror stories of closing taking hours, but Ian's team had everything set up and ready to go so that we could review and e-sign our documents beforehand, leaving only a few at actual close. At the end of it all, we were well within (or even under!) our goals and had a seamless experience throughout. Thank you for all your help on our forever home, Ian!
