“Old school in the best way! Walked in looking for a few items - was greeted cheerfully, then asked by 3 different skilled workers if they could help in anyway. After purchase, was offered more help if I needed to load into my vehicle. Local hardware stores are going extinct - which is sad. Help keep this one around - SHOP LOCAL!!!! Cheers ? VERN”

521 Lancaster Ave, Wayne“This place is great. I admit I often go to Home Depot for plumbing parts because it's closer, but when they don't have what I need, or what they do have is junk, I go to Grove Supply. I'm always surprised that the price is about the same. The parts are always better, and you can often get some advice while you're there. Grove even delivers for a very reasonable price. I wish it was closer to Media, PA.”

“Awesome old school hardware store. Nice grill center in the summer and an awesome Christmas store during the season. And very helpful employees all year long! Good place to get your screens fixed. They do a good job of taking care of you.”
“Just went in and looked around. Much more pleasant than walking around the big home improvement stores. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of tool, plumbing, gardening, paint, and electrical supplies at reasonable prices, which are marked well. They also perform services like making keys and screen replacements. Definitely worth a try.”
“Best selection & quality, superb service, and reasonable prices. The owners helped me choose the right hardware for my kitchen cabinets. Seamless experience from start to finish.”
“When I asked a guy for part, he not just showed me one but asked me what my problem was and very patiently gave me really good advice for possible solutions. It's this kind of thing that makes family owned hardware stores just totally Crush the mass of chain stores”

130 W Main St, Trappe“The gentlemen here are quite knowledgeable with things that you need. Every time I walk in they ask me right away what I need and give me the exact location. I never have to spend time wandering around trying to find it. This is an old-school hardware store with old-school customer service. These guys should be teaching the staff at Home Depot and Lowe's.”
“I had lost a bolt that helped keep one of my outside storage bins closed on my RV. Rich, the employee that helped me, was outstanding. He made sure I had what I needed to make sure it worked prior to my trip. I can’t say enough good about the employees that work there.”
“My elderly parents had their new GE fridge installed. The young men were polite and did a wonderful job installing the new fridge. They also did a good job hauling away the P
previous Kenmore fridge. Thank you!”

208 Welsh Pool Rd Suite 200, Exton“I’m a customer from Canada and was ready to buy a lot of tree bolts for my treehouse project. After taking advantage of the free virtual meeting / consultation, the staff advised me that my trees were too small and I needed to modify my plan so that my treehouse would be safe. This resulted in a substantial order being cancelled so I am very grateful to the staff for their honesty. I will likely be shopping here again for accessories once my project gets to that stage. I also recommend the book “Backyard Treehouses” by the same owner (I think!) Honest, reliable and knowledgeable company!!”
“I was having an issue with my programmable keypad at my residence, Wilson's was able to come out that afternoon. Charles spoke with me over the phone to understand exactly what I needed, when they arrived the work was performed quickly and diligently. Extremely satisfied.”
“I shopped here for a DIY project. This is on Lancaster Ave on the malvern/Frazer side. The parking is dedicated for this store. The staff is very friendly and assisted me in getting some materials that are needed for the project. They have a wide range of items of wood and the selection is robust and mrt my needs. Overall, it was a quick visit, but I got what I needed.”

6AM - 10PM
295 Armand Hammer Blvd, Pottstown“Going to a DIY store is out of my comfort zone. I do have to say each time I go to my local store I get great assistance from both male and female associates. It gives me hope that one day I will know what I am doing around the yard. They will even put the really heavy items in the back of your vehicle. No complaints from me. I always learn so much when I go there. Gotta run and see if I remember how to hook up the bagger thingy to the mower.”
“Chris R picked up the phone when I called on a Saturday evening to see if the
Phoenixville store had a particular Weber grill in stock. He said they did so we went to pick it up. He came right out and identified himself when we walked in and made the whole transaction easy, fast and pleasant. He went out of his way to help load up the grill safely and sent us on our way to end the 4th of July weekend with a fantastic grilled feast. Thank you, Chris!”
