The last 2 times I've attempted to enter the store i was greeted by a crudely drawn note that either says "systems down" with some type of apology or just like all GameStop's a completely absurd break time that is shared between all the workers so much so they WILL and DO shut down the whole store for over two hours a day... i ve done research on this issue and it is said that workers are allowed to shut down the store to take thier mandatory 1 hour break to 30 minutes depending on the shift worked but nowhere does it say 2 hours is acceptable or allowed.. but its all up the the store manager. this is unacceptable as a business as your upsetting your customers and also giving a world of confusion to the parents and children who want to enter the store.. bottom line a break is an hour maximum. i see no purpose to close a store for 2 hours a day.

I came in yesterday both employees looked at me didn’t acknowledge me all! Two other people walked in they were acknowledge right away and was helped. Finally when I went up to the register and I asked for help that’s when they noticed me. Bad customer service won’t be going back there!

Went here to buy a new Xbox. While I walking up, they shut down the whole store for all people working to take lunch at the same time. Disappointed, will go somewhere else.

May be the worst GameStop I’ve ever been to. Son bought a controller with a gift card day before trying to return it simply because he didn’t know it wasn’t wireless. Store said they can’t take it back because box was open. We had receipt and was one day after purchase. 11 year old trying to be responsible with his own money and they shut him down. What a joke of customer service

This is quite possibly the best GameStop in PA. The staff are kind, friendly and I want to give a special shout-out to (I'm pretty sure it was) Amy. She was just all around wonderful and I could tell she takes her position seriously, cares about the customers and store and all around made the visit enjoyable. I haven't been to the Phoenixville location in a couple year since moving to West Chester, but can say with certainty that this is the only GameStop I will be going to, like I used to a few years back.I take personal offense to the fact that GameStop did not list them as part of the PS5 Bundle event today, 12/17. They are a fantastic store that more than deserves the business that events like this bring in.
