AJ and the property management team do a great job of taking care of the residents at Franklin Commons. They take the time to get to know the residents and work hard to address and resolve any issues they might have. They do a great job of maintaining the property and facilities at Franklin Commons. We had our wedding here in July and would 100% recomend Franklin Commons to anyone looking for a cool, fun, and unique wedding venue! Kim, Hannah, and the rest of the staff were so great throughout the planning process and the day of, all of the guests loved the food, and truly everyone was so amazed by the look and feel of the venue in general!

A huge thank you to Kim, Hannah, and the entire Drexelbrook staff at Franklin Commons. They made my daughters' B'Not Mitzvah celebration one to remember. We dealt with multiple date changes due to the pandemic and Kim and Hannah never missed a single detail! Everything went off seamlessly. Family and friends raved about the food and, as a host, I didn't have to worry about anything. Highly recommend!

A simply gorgeous location for your special event! We hosted a corporate event at Franklin Commons and couldn't have been more pleased with the setting indoors and out. Drexelbrook Catering was fantastic! The service from planning to execution was top notch. Everyone was so helpful and with a smile. Received many complements on how good the food was from the hors d'oeuvres to the entree and dessert. Highly recommend!!

I cannot thank the Drexelbrook team enough for making our wedding reception the most perfect day! Working with Kim, Dominic and the entire team was a true blessing. Because of COVID, we had to reschedule our date on three separate occasions and never once did we feel pressure or frustration from Kim. She was super accommodating and understanding in such an uncertain time. When we were finally able to move forward with a date in July, we did not have to worry about a single thing. Drexelbrook literally took our vision and made it happen with very little work from us. The day of the reception was absolutely perfect in every single detail. Our guests had an amazing time (many are still raving about it). The food was excellent, all of the day of wait staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time, and as the bride and groom, we were truly waited on at every turn of the night! Hannah and Dominic made sure that we did not have to ask for anything, even bringing me dessert when I couldn't bring myself off of the dance floor long enough to enjoy it! My most sincere gratitude to everyone involved in our day. Highly, highly recommend the Franklin Commons and the Drexelbrook team to anyone looking for a special event!!!

She’s just incredible and so sweet. Franklin Commons is so very different from any other venue that we had viewed and our guests LOVED how unique and open it was. Comprised of two separate spaces, it is a mix of industrial chic with exposed duct work, string lights, and high ceilings and a very comfortable, relaxing, warm feel with couches and conversation nooks! Our guests loved the opportunity to step away from the dance floor into the second room to catch up with relatives they hadn’t seen in a while or to pose for photos in front of the barn door. When the bridal party arrived through a separate side entrance, a selection of the 16 different appetizers (yes, 16!) and their requested cocktails awaited. Kim made sure everyone was fed and happy! She was so attentive and made everyone feel super special. The food was absolutely FANTASTIC! You will not find anywhere else that offers you so many different passed appetizers and two live food stations as part of the standard package. We had the risotto bar and the tacos! The guests raved about each and loved how much food there was! We loved that cocktail hour could be outside but covered in case of weather. The salad and dinner entrees were excellent as well. So many guests commented how the braised short ribs melted in their mouths! And, the dessert station didn’t disappoint either. In addition to wedding cake, we had an ice cream bar. Again, all part of the standard package. We loved that we provided our own alcohol for the bar. It enabled us to purchase the wines, beer, and liquor brands that we knew our guests would enjoy. Franklin Commons is a special venue staffed by super people who attend to every detail, ensuring a memorable, relaxing event. The servers were so professional, polite, and always busy assisting guests. And, you get so much food for your dollar! No one will leave hungry. Do yourself a favor and check it out. You won’t be sorry. Our daughter told us at the end of the night…“Best Day Ever!” You can’t do any better than that. Thank you to Kim and the entire Drexelbrook staff. Special shout out to Domenic who attended to the bride and groom all evening, ensuring they both actually ate some dinner, stayed hydrated, and enjoyed themselves. What a successful evening in every respect!

My wife and I cannot speak more highly of Kim Savino and the entire Drexelbrook team. Not only were they flexible through the pandemic, but were also quick with communication and provided step-by-step assistance with our wedding planning process. During the big day, we were treated like royalty. Staff made sure my wife and I always were receiving food and drinks (we couldn't forget to eat!), and were even greeted with champagne right after our ceremony. The Franklin Commons venue itself was beautiful and worked with us through our many changes and updates. It fit our 100 person wedding perfectly with room for everyone to dance, enjoy games outside, and find their own space to enjoy the wedding. Our guests have raved about the food, setting, and overall experience that was made possible by this great team! We could not recommend Franklin Commons and the Drexelbrook Catering team enough.

Very nice facility for a banquet. The staff were really good. We had an open bar that was pricey. They have great AV equipment if you want to play a video or show some pictures. The room we were in (there appear to be several rooms) had two large TVs and then several smaller ones. Dance floor was good too. I don't know the cost, but this was a really nice place for a gymnastics end of season event.

Franklin Commons came through for a wonderful group of high school seniors! I was contacted by a committee of moms who wanted to give their kids a prom. And, as a planner, I knew just where to go for a great time. The team at Franklin Commons went beyond the call of duty to be flexible and to make the planning process easy. Every time I contacted them, they were prompt in their response. The evening was a smash hit, the kids had a wonderful time!! Food was great and presented well. Staff was efficient. I would certainly recommend Franklin Commons to clients in the future.
