I received an arrangement for my birthday on April 20th. They left them unwrapped on my porch in the sun all day. They were fried, ...it's now the 23rd...will be going in the trash. My friend tried to contact them on the 21st...no way to contact. I feel horrible telling my friend about the condition of the flowers when she was just trying to help me have a special birthday....now I see these reviews?????? Wow!!!

Not very good place to work at. Plus mid grade/class flowers ate used. Not worth the price ya pay. Plus arrangements no matter what price or if for a funeral we're told to only take 10 or maybe 15 on putting something that means something to a loved one or friend. 15 minutes is even pushing it. All coming from an insider that worked there. Drama and childish. Felt like high-school. When nothing but adults work there. Owner there every day and only cares about pumping arrangements out. Not so much cares about how they look or how floral side is ran by a like 30 yr old child who will rather talk about the arrangement an employee did than help them and give the employee tips on ways to improve. Horrible.

My mother and sister sent me a fruit arrangement and it was awful! Choc covered pineapple was inedible. Fruit is dry and tasteless.

Dispute all these bad reviews the flowers are the best looking flower arrangements I have seen in Lancaster county although when these are delivered you are suppose to answer the phone when the delivery person call so they can deliver it properly ty

Received a floral arrangement from flower creation. They were hideous. 90% carnations. Contacted the person who sent them so they can get some sort of refund. Very expensive for cheap flowers

I just received flowers from this place fir my birthday, this is supposed to be a $60 floral arrangement. The flowers are already dying, and it is not at all what was ordered. These flowers were not in a vase, they were in paper tied with a string, how disgusting. They might be 10 inches high. Plus they don’t answer their phone or have a machine to do so! I would never use this place.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! That there is a $40 dead corsage delivered a day before a prom. I don't really care it was a day early but it was dead and missing the boutonnière. A 1st grader could have made a better one in arts and crafts. These are for a prom and bow we are scrambling to find something within a couple hours. I ordered from For You Flowers (3rd party) and they gave me a hell of a time canceling the dead corsage and boutonnière that was never received so I told them I'd dispute the charges on my card. I got the refund real quick!

Well, this (for me) is a first. I can often accept less than best, and never complain publicly. The delivery from Fruit and Flower Creation changed that. I've pulled weeds better than the flowers they delivered. Droopy, weeks old blooms that were on their last gasp. And this was a bouquet for a birthday. I was embarrassed to receive them and, had I not known the sender's sincerity, would have thought it was a spoof. In case the foregoing is in any way not crystal clear, if you're looking for the WORST possible flowers, Fruit and Flower Creation is your one stop shop

I don't know if this business is operating as Fruit and Flower Creation and/or Bryn Mawr Flowers, but under either alias, they were a disappointment. I was sent flowers from my colleagues, who do not live in the area. I'm guessing they just searched for florist near Pottstown, and this place popped up. They should have read the reviews. My flowers weren't as awful as some of the reviews I have now read, but I feel obligated to add my two cents. These were not fresh flowers. The first thing my husband said when they were delivered - 'those flowers look like they're dying'. The carnations were okay, but the rose petals were already turning brown, the lily had seen better days, and there were 3 random pieces of eucalyptus thrown in. It all seemed very random and not arranged by a trained florist. Do yourself a favor and read reviews before ordering online. The one star rating of this business is totally accurate and deserved.

This is not a quality local florist. This is a distribution center. My boyfriend who lives across the country, has used this florist twice. Not knowing the area, he searched Downingtown florists and this place came up. It apparently comes up under a few different web addresses and Google searches for florists in various locations. Shoutout to whoever is in charge of their SEO, because they’re sure generating a ton of business far away from the actual, physical location of this place. My bf tried to use this place a third time at Valentine’s Day (2022) and left the the flowers to be picked up by me (again, under the assumption that it was near where I lived because it was DBA as “DowningtownFlorist.com”) because we were unsure of my work schedule for that week and he didn’t want the flowers freezing on my porch if left. On 2/15, I drove to 639 Bridge St. and was pretty blown away with what I saw. First of all, no one should ever drive there and try to go in because the storefront is completely patron-unfriendly. There was trash— boxes, baskets, clippings, etc.— all over the place in front of the building. I went inside and realized immediately this was NOT a “store” but a mass-production hub for deliveries. There were bouquets and arrangements in groupings to head to dozens of points in Lancaster, New Jersey, Chester County, the Main Line… places it would seem they had no business delivering to. Like with all of the florists in Lancaster, THIS place was making runs there with dozens of arrangements?! Made me wonder what other tricky websites they had bought. When someone finally stopped working to help me, as I stood awkwardly in the middle of what was clearly not a friendly, local florist, I gave him my name, my maiden name, my boyfriend’s name… they had no record of any order. I gave the order number to the person and he said, “Oh yeah, that doesn’t mean anything to us, that’s just for you guys.” What?? The upside is that my poor bf’s order never went through and he wasn’t charged, but my God. This place is bad news. Google “local florist in ________” and patronize an actual LOCAL florist when you need to send a bouquet. 0/10 stems. Would not recommend.

Delivery person left my Birthday arrangement upstairs in the entryway of our building instead of delivering this gift to my apartment. If it hadn't been for another resident seeing this arrangement and realizing it was a gift, then bringing it to my apartment, it would've sat upstairs outside until who knows when. Poor delivery, inaccurate phone number on card so when called, stated message svc. was "turned off". Googled for website, found correct number, no one answered phone ever, but could leave a voice mail. Left contact info in case someone would actually call and apologize.

If I could give them a 0 I would. A friend ordered a sympathy bouquet from this vendor because my mother passed away. When the flowers were delivered, they did not knock on the door or try to call me, they simply left the flowers on the front porch in 20 degree weather. When I found the flowers the next day they had frozen and were dead! I tried to contact them several times and left two voicemails but no one returned the calls. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!

What I paid for vs what I got. Paid around $80 for my mother to get these for Christmas. I ordered from From You Flowers and I am extremely disappointed.
