“I called to have my sony trinitron CRT repaired for retro gaming and assumed that was no longer easily possible in 2025, but figured I'd look around. I found Ace and it was a pleasure working with them. In a time when every business is out to rip you off and give you poor customer service, Ace is like a business time capsule from when family run companies existed and cared about their customers as people. Not only was Ace incredibly friendly and honest, they did great work, were quick, and gave a reasonable price for fixing a massive CRT. Rich put care into the work and listed everything he did, which was a lot. They are also just plain good people and down to earth.
