I was looking via Google for something specific and came across Diving Cat’s webpage in Phoenixville, PA.
They had the handmade art jewelry I was looking for.
I called.
Noelle was over and above helpful, scouring the store for my requested items.
Calling me back when she found what I was asking for. Making ALL of the extra effort - an increasing rarity in this day and age!
She took my details over the phone, followed up with me via text, and communicated with the Business Manager, John, to get the order shipped out to me the very next day.
Package arrived within days, everything packaged securely and beautifully.
Fantastic “extra mile” service and communication from Noelle & John - I HIGHLY recommend Diving Cat - even if you’re not in the Philadelphia-metro area.

Absolutely fantastic shop that's a feast for the eyes. There's countless funny, adorable, and meaningful gifts from figurines to jewelry, clothes to art. Wonderfully warm owner and delightful staff.

The treasure of Phoenixville! For years I have found myself walking in and out of this store. Its always been my go to for quality and unique gifts. Its the ideal place to wander without an agenda and you will be taken in by all of craftsmanship on display. This weekend I has the opportunity to share Downtown with some clients looking to relocate to the Phoenixville area. I think they could have spent the entire afternoon walking in circles in this wonderful store. Some of the ceramics in the back were incredible.

We've been here a few times, most recently just before Christmas looking for a unique gift, and this place never disappoints! It is chock full of unique, hand-crafted items, predominantly from local artisans. Jewelry, clothing, decor, games, it goes on & on. You really want to take your time and go around the store at least a couple of times, because each time you see something new. On this visit, it was not until the third lap around that we spotted the PERFECT gift....which we didn't see the first two times just because there is SO much to see! The staff is incredibly friendly and willing to answer questions and engage with customers. Such a fun place to explore and if you are looking for something unique, especially for the person who seems to have everything, you have to check this place out!
