“We had a very good experience with Angela at Queen Appliance. We ordered a large built-in refrigerator that we were aware had a long backorder time. It came in when expected and the delivery team was fantastic, friendly and professional. It took four men to deliver this refrigerator. In addition, Raymond Fithian Installations did a fantastic job and was very professional and talented, with a difficult install of a 48" built in refrigerator.Unfortunately, we personally made a mistake when choosing our refrigerator (personal preference, nothing wrong with the beautiful refrigerator). It was quickly arranged to return this refrigerator and have a different one installed. Yes, there was a re-stocking fee, but that was to be expected. It was solely our mistake.Thank you to Queen Appliance for the helpful service and professional delivery/install team.”

The delivery guys were very professional, and after hooking everything up - verified proper operation as well as making sure there were no leaks in the connections.You’re just not going to get the same level of service and knowledge from a big box chain store.”

“I went in on a Saturday afternoon to order a new dryer. Craig assisted me and had me in and out in no time. Received the beautiful Samsung dryer yesterday and never thought I’d be so excited to do laundry again. The delivery guys were also professional and flawless with removing our old dryer and setting up our new one. I am kicking myself for not getting the matching washer, but when that time comes, I know I’ll be going back to Sanatoga Corp! I work for our family business, so supporting local is a must. The best part was seeing Sanatoga sold the dryer to me for less than what Home Depot had it listed for ?”

“CJ Miller was the only store in the US I could find the vacuum cleaner I was interested in. I didn't know if they were a reputable business or some fake site that would take my money and run. But I went ahead and bought the vacuum - as soon as I hit enter I changed my mind. It wasn't what I needed. I called the next morning to see if I could cancel. First, I learned they are, indeed, a real store. And second, they could not have been nicer or more understanding. They went ahead and cancelled the order no questions asked. If you need a vacuum, buy it from them. If you're buying online, have no fear - they're a real business with real people. If they're a little more expensive, you're supporting a small business. It's worth it.”

“Excellent service and low prices.They have anything you'll need for a plumbing job and they are willing to help you figure it out when you have a problem.I've been coming here for years and they always do it well.They have most things in stock that you'll need for anything plumbing.Most recently I was in need of some parts to fix a toilet and was thinking about driving down the road to Lowes but instead decided to stop here - they went above and beyond in helping me figure out a complication I was running into.And when I saw the price of the three items I was buying totaled up to about $11 it was shocking - in a good way. The same things down the street would have easily been double that plus.This is the place to get your plumbing supplies. Don't even think twice.”
