“I went in on a Saturday afternoon to order a new dryer. Craig assisted me and had me in and out in no time. Received the beautiful Samsung dryer yesterday and never thought I’d be so excited to do laundry again. The delivery guys were also professional and flawless with removing our old dryer and setting up our new one. I am kicking myself for not getting the matching washer, but when that time comes, I know I’ll be going back to Sanatoga Corp! I work for our family business, so supporting local is a must. “I shopped here for a DIY project. This is on Lancaster Ave on the malvern/Frazer side. The parking is dedicated for this store. The staff is very friendly and assisted me in getting some materials that are needed for the project. They have a wide range of items of wood and the selection is robust and mrt my needs. Overall, it was a quick visit, but I got what I needed.”
“Honestly, I had a pretty poor experience here when a truck rental reservation was cancelled by the store last minute. Customer service desk was not particularly helpful. However, Sean (a manager of some sort) worked his hardest to find us a suitable resolution. He went above and beyond in calling other stores to get us a truck rental. Good service and commitment to your work deserves to be appreciated.”

“Going to a DIY store is out of my comfort zone. I do have to say each time I go to my local store I get great assistance from both male and female associates. It gives me hope that one day I will know what I am doing around the yard. They will even put the really heavy items in the back of your vehicle. No complaints from me. I always learn so much when I go there. Gotta run and see if I remember how to hook up the bagger thingy to the mower.”
