About Harbor Inn
Harbor Inn is a hotel with a good location, situated next to a Sheetz and a Weis market. The rooms are good, with nice televisions and comfortable beds. The price is great and unbeatable for some long-term stays. Many guests note the customer service from the front desk staff is amazing and awesome, with very nice and professional treatment. However, experiences vary significantly. Some guests report the service sucks, citing unprofessional behavior and the use of personal feelings to ban guests from the property, even over accidents. The hotel itself can be a sketchy place to stay, with rooms that sometimes smell like smoke. Despite these issues, for travelers in urgent need, such as during a bad snowstorm, it provides a welcome roof over one's head. While some strongly recommend it, others do not recommend this place to anyone due to inconsistent management.
Very nice lady at the front desk. Her name is Angel S. Treated me well and her customer service is amazing. Very good location next door to Sheetz and other places such as Weis market. The rooms are good. Nice television and comfortable bed. Great price and I recommend this hotel!

They banned me from the property fpr accidentally picking up the wrong phone when I checked in. I took it back when I knew whose phone it was. I thought it was on my purse bc it came out of my rides car. Accidents happen and I don't steal.
