If I could make this a negative star I would! They sold my belongings from the unit in June 2020. During the pandemic where they shouldn't have been open! I didn't receive a notice until after they sold it. They are supposed to notify the renter via certified letter but they didn't. They just sold it. When I called they said it was sold, but they would contact who they sold it to get have them contact me. As my entire life was in that unit, along with everything pertaining to the baby I lost. I NEVER received that call or any call! Stay away! The old man is rude and hangs up when you call. They only want money, the storage unit leaked. Don't use them!

The old guy when you call can barley hear and is always rude and nasty hangs up on you.My son had values removed from his unit by owner because bill was late told him even if paid they sold the stuff yo get the $ but did not apply it to the bill.

Rented 6x10 for 4 months unit was clean, onaccess was a little difficult a large vehicle would possibly have problem. Thus the 4 stars. All other areas of the facility have much better access .
