Zipcar is really the worst was using this about 10 years ago that was so much better. Now the cars are dirty reek of smoke with all kind of alerts on the dashboard. All the company cares about is money.

Zipcar is not closed. And it is a good value for the convenience and lack of hassle that the major rental car companies give you. However, the cars are often really dirty on the inside (i.e. food crumbs, leaves, dirt, etc.) Because they don't clean the cars very often or after each use.
