Good experience other than the fitting rooms. Not only did I feel exposed, I had to go through like 4 different rooms before I felt comfortable in one. Gum everywhere, on the curtains, on the wall, it was extremely disgusting....That was the only negative I experienced...

Don't use the women's fitting rooms on the left side. The curtains don’t close all the way, and the mirrors! I was waiting for my wife and could see everything happening in each fitting room. Too many naked women—it was uncomfortable

Racist and prejudiced
Good morning, yesterday Sunday August 4 my son and I shopped Zara @ KOP in Philadelphia, we picked eight pairs of pants on the final sale, when we get to the register we were told three or four pants wasn't on sale ,I questioned why they were on a sack of course I was told by Store Manager that it was mistake which is fine I grabbed three pants , went Second floor to the men's department to get more information , to my surprise the store manager followed me , ran upstairs to see what I was doing with the pants, I felt very uncomfortable because she assumed since I was with a black guy I might be stealing the pants. I've shopped many times in your store and this is the first time I've felt uncomfortable that somebody actually would think, because I am with a black man it means I am going to steal the pants. I left the pants on the rack and I walked away. This is not the kind of a customer service I expected from Zara. Racist and prejudice.

First experience with Zara IRL and wow, what a disaster. Despite the facade of a modern appearance, everything’s super cluttered and thrown about. Once you find something, you need to go downstairs to the ground floor to checkout despite each employee holding an iPad and there also being a cash wrap upstairs. This was beyond perplexing. To make matters worse, the escalator was broke down, so they forced everyone to use their elevator to accomplish this. I am going to stick to Zara’s website from now on for a more seamless experience. They really need to rethink the plot with their brick and mortar.

Horrible fitting rooms, the curtains don’t offer real privacy because they don’t close all the way so everyone can see in including 12yo boys standing in the area waiting on their moms. NOT COOL

Horrible horrible customer service. I bought a Father’s Day gift here (a shirt), and I bought the wrong size. I went into the store to ask for an exchange in size. The tags and everything was still on and it wasn’t used. The cashiers told me I need to have a receipt and told me if I can’t find it to call customer service. So I did and they guided me to how to get a receipt and it wouldn’t work. So I asked if I could get store credit instead. I had my card that I paid with and transaction history too. But the manager just kept yelling at me and my dad that they can’t help even though it’s their customer service and website that isn’t working. I only needed to go a size down and they weren’t willing to cooperate with us to work out a solution either.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this store. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism and rudeness anywhere else. The managers were particularly dismissive, rude, and condescending. As a result, I will never return to this store and am seriously considering never shopping at Zara again. It was a truly horrible experience.
