I came to this store for the second time in a day and the employees refused to help me. they said to wait for the person who helped me for the first time. but that person had lunch at that time. I was told to wait and they accepted other people without a queue, but I was fundamentally refused

I had a nightmare situation with customer service on the phone and decided to go to the store to resolve my issues instead. GABRIELLA was beyond wonderful! She was sweet, patient, and very knowledgeable. She fixed all of my issues promptly. Thank you for your help!!

very nice girl took about 20 minutes to help me even though my english is bad. thank you very much for this. she is very cool.although I approached a man before her and he did not want to speak to me through an interpreter.

Kenny (and Gabrielle) at this store could NOT have been more HELPFUL and GRACIOUS to me on my visit today...after my absolutely 2 day FUTILE efforts to connect with anyone (chat or otherwise) online!PLEASE if you have a Comcast concern (don't we all!?), stop into the store in the Philly Northeast Shopping Center.... Walked into the store was greeted by Ken within seconds, explained the problem I was having with my cable box and setup. He exchanged equipment fir me and I was out of the store in less than 5 minutes. EXCELLENT customer service.

Never trust their workers!!! I already lost 165$, for they didn't close my account, I returned equipment devices, but they didn't close my account, and after when I received new bills( after a month) they was telling me to pay this bills, did you imagine my reaction? I didn't have internet, and they were saying to I must pay?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️ I will not come again and other customers make sure call to customers services, before you come in this office!!!!

Not enough staff. Management and xfinity need to do better. Change district and regional manager for this entire area. They not cutting it nor meeting the needs of every day customers.

After reading the reviews, I was nervous about going here. I had a device to upgrade. Got to the store and 3 people walked in right before me. Checked in with the desk on the left. Less than 5 minutes later my name was called, I told him I wanted to upgrade my box, he scanned it, went to the back and gave me a new one with a receipt. Out of there in less than 10 minutes with the wait. Couldn't be happier and the store has a nice Apple esque atmosphere.#iworkatcomcast as an engineer :-) But we too also experience the stores first hand.

Here I am on a Friday afternoon thinking I am going to have the longest service and utilize my whole hour lunch break. But no, quite the opposite. I walked in and immediately King Cyrus helped me out by taking care of my issue with my phone. After getting me set up with a new SIM card this man not only took care of me but 2 other customers one of which was looking to switch over 10+ lines. Also their staff members make you feel at home by connecting with you and having small talk realizing when you are waiting in between getting taken care of. Will I be back to upgrade and get continuous amazing customer service you bet I will!Appreciate you guys!

I have been a customer of Xfinity for several years now, and I have to say my experience with their services has been quite a mixed bag. On one hand, their customer service has been exceptional, providing me with fast and friendly support whenever I have had any issues. The representatives have been knowledgeable, helpful, and always eager to resolve any problems I have encountered.However, on the other hand, the internet service I have received from Xfinity has been very disappointing. Despite paying for high-speed internet, I have experienced frequent disruptions in service, slow download and upload speeds, and frequent disconnections. This has made it difficult for me to carry out everyday tasks such as streaming content, working from home, and staying connected with friends and family.In conclusion, while Xfinity's customer service has been top-notch, the internet service I have received has been very subpar and has left a lot to be desired. I hope that Xfinity will take the necessary steps to improve the quality of their internet service, as it has been a constant source of frustration for me and many other customers.

Terrible place no Management/ people walking around with fingers in there rear end. 2 hrs to return equipment. They should just fire whole team & send them home . Lady when u walk in is like angry Bulldog . Know nothing or any kind information about the job. Just standing there while people at store . Waiting for services or help

The gentleman that waited on me was so helpful. I walked in the store with a new phone didn't know what to do with it to get my info from old phone and get my new phone, well walked in the store at 6:20 p.m and Chad came right up and helped me with everything I needed and then was outta there by 7:00. He as a pleasure.
