First, I'm not a fan of Xfinity services and wish I had more of a choice in Internet providers and I've been having extreme problems in the last month. I went in to return a phone after cancelling my mobile account 12 hours after I signed up. I don't have a printer etc and told a supervisor that I would return the cellphone at a store. This Comcast store was clean, well lit, was told immediately that someone would be with me in a few minutes. Jamirah told me to go back and she would help me. She went above and beyond! After telling me that they didn't accept returns from purchases online and after going through my last few weeks, she helped me with printing the return label, putting everything back together and letting me know that I could drop it off across the street at a UPS. She was very friendly and helpful and it's seriously been a highlight to a rather dissatisfying experience with Comcast/Xfinity. Thank you Jamirah for making the return possible and painless. I truly appreciate the help you understanding you afforded me

Quick, painless, super friendly store—customer service. The store was clean, pleasantly lit, and showcased plenty of their products. It’s close to lots of other stores. It’s perfectly located for my needs.

Relocated to Montgomery County, needed to pick up a new modem & cable box (even though I was already a Comcast customer, a new account had to be created for the new address) and this was the closest store. Traffic getting into the shopping center where the store is can be a nightmare. Rep who helped me was nice enough but not particularly communicative regarding the few questions I had about the equipment. Otherwise, a painless and fast process. It’s not their fault City Line Avenue has needed expansion, if not a complete overhaul, for decades.

I was reluctant to go to Comcast on City Ave because I didn’t feel like being aggravated by bad customer service. To my surprise, I was greeted with a warm welcome upon entering by Tatiana Jones. She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and she was able to save me $20 on my bill. I needed this level of customer service today. Please keep up the good work.

Absolutely garbage location. The manager may be the worst of them all. If you can go to KOP Location. I would suggest you do so.

I just left the store on City ave in Philadelphia. A lady was ahead of me I entered. So the Young lady asked, can I help you and I said , she’s next. The Young lady then said to me, I didn’t ask you that I could I help you. I must admit it took a lot restraint not be and ignorant as this person!! Better customer service training is definitely needed.

Woman who greeted me was Very RUDE!!! I arrived frustrated after 45 minute text experience with Xfinity because I wasn't allowed to speak with anyone on the phone. Very poor customer service. Likely moving on to a different provider.

Training is needed regarding efficiency. There is an individual equipped with a tablet to “check people in” and a remote to play videos and doing karaoke. Meanwhile, people want to do simple tasks like drop off/pickup equipment have to wait 20-30+mins because there isn’t a system for processing quick items.
Consider training staff to multitask or utilize staff in a more useful manner to curtail the number of customers walking out agitated by the unrealistic wait time for a 3min session.

When my boyfriend and I walked in no one greeted us, three employees were on their phones while another was helping someone else. We had to say something to them and even when we did they looked at us like we were crazy for coming in to pick up our new wifi box. Slightly chubby man helped us once we talked to him and it was quick, I just believe it’s unprofessional of them to stare at us like we weren’t customers and not greet us when we walked in the store, it felt awkward like they didn’t want to do their job. I don’t need everyone in the store to greet me when I walk in but the fact is NO ONE said anything when we walked in something had to be said to them. Do better I could’ve been a secret shopper.
